Daeva fell asleep after Blaze told her about what happened to her horn and that time will tell if it's truly broken.

 

She woke up and saw Carrick & Starbolt getting ready to leave the cabin.

 

"Hey, where are you going?" she asked with a soft voice.

"Right now, we better just do recon than I'll decide what our from there" Carrck said as he walked with her. He didn't want to rush things like before. For all Carrick knew he could be stronger than that pony

'Oh great now he is asking for help.' Fae thought.

'Starbolt he is asking for help.' She messaged Starbolt again.

"He is asking for help, it could be a trap." She said to Carrick.

"A trap to what? What are you & Carrick talking about Starbolt?!" she asked in fustration not knowing what in the hoof they are both talking about.

 

"Whatever, if you need me I'll be outside training." she told them as she slowly walked towards the door.

"Deava, Fae found somepony out there in the forest." Carrick said, "I'm trying to see what my options are." Carrick poked his chin, "It's possible it's a trap, what is his condition?" Carrick asked Starbolt.

Thunder had flown lout of the cave and was now lasing around in the air when he spotted Carrick and Starbolt. "You guys should really get somepony that wasn't involved in that cave rune trap thing to go with you," he said as he landed beside them.

"He looked slightly injured." She replied to Carrick.

Fae hid flew out the bush and into another one closer to the pony, she still had her invisibility spell on.

"So what do we do?" She added unsure of the course of action they should take.

Daeva saw Thunder landing near Carrick & Starbolt. "A cave? Why did you guys even go to that cave to begin with? I'm quite confused." she asked Carrick.

 

She thought about how this cave caused them to lost the vial and how a rune almost destroyed Blaze's horn.

Carrick looked at Daeva, "I got tired of waiting," Carrick said. "Ponies getting all emotional, we didn't have time to wait anymore. We should of went to that cave days ago, but instead we just fooled around." Carrick said. Carrick went and thought about it, "I don't see it as a trap. If they wanted to do anything, they would of done it in that cave. We go in, but we don't start attacking the pony."

"Maybe we should find out why Ice Star wanted that vial." as she trotted off and out of the door.

 

She saw Blaze sitting nearby below an Evergreen Tree taping a nap, so she went over and gave him a peck on his cheek and told him something that nopony knows except herself.

Carrick shook his head, Yeah that's important, but even if we had a plan on what he's doing. We have absolutely no idea where this pony is. Equestria is a huge country. Carrick continued to walk as he started to hear to sounds of a guitar.

The pony looked around, he started to hear rustling of leaves. There is somepony here....could be many. I dunno. I just hope I don't get killed. The pony's right wing had large lacerations all over it. It was hidden in the hood he was in. He continued to play the guitar, hoping the sound would attract the ponies here.

Starbolt followed Carrick towards the sound. "We should be careful." She told Carrick

Fae felt Starbolt approaching and her feeling of caution.

'If he tries anything I'll blast him, so don't worry Starbolt.' Fae reassured her as she readied a spell.

Carrick nodded, he slowly went closer to the guitar sound. Carrick saw the pony's guitar as he continued to softly play his guitar. Carrick walked up to him, the pony face was covered by the hood. He saw Carrick Murphy in front of him.

 

"Howdy Stranger, might if I ask you for some help?" The pony asked.

 

"What help do you need?" Carrick asked, he took glances around the forest. He looked for anything suspicious, something out of the ordinary.

 

"Well, I've been stuck in this forest for quite some time now. Been hearing some crazy stuff been going on out there. Not sure what is it, but I hid around here."

 

Carrick was confused, he acted if he wasn't part of Ice Star's group at all. Why was he wearing the hood than? Did he just find it? He couldn't tell, his voice and eyes seemed to believe what he is saying. "So, you got lost?"

 

"Pretty much, I've been stuck here for a few days now. Been quite hungry. I can't find any apples or anything. Do you folks have any?" Carrick looked over at the group on him.

 

"Do you have any food for him?" Carrick asked.

Starbolt looked around. "N-" She was cut off by Fae.

"Starbolt behind the tree to your left there is a bush of berries." He said.

"Hold on." She said as she picked several berries.

She handed them to Carrick.

"I have a few leftover zapapples," Thunder told Carrick as he reached in his saddlebag and produced three of them in a plastic container. "Where, by the way, did you get that hood," he asked the pony.

Carrick took one zapapple and the berries from Thunder and Starbolt. "Thanks," Carrick gave them both to the hooded pony. He took them and eat them fast. "It's been such a long time I've had some zapapples and berries. Much obliged."

 

"As for you question, I was part of a flying division of Ice Star's squadron. This wear is mandatory, as you can see" Wings pulled out of the back sleeves. He bite his lip from the pain. "It's a nice design." Carrick was surprised that he'd answer the question without any hesitation. Ice Star isn't exactly the most opened pony. This is...odd.

 

"The name Wings. Wing O'Malley. It's nice to see a couple of ponies around here." Wings said with a smile.

 

"Carrick Murphy, Detective. Why are you okay about telling us that? Don't you know you who we are?"

 

"Of course I do. However, right now I'm not part of Ice Star's division. I'm just a regular peagsus right now." he said.

 

"So, you know a bit about Ice Star."

 

"Yeah, I know some about him. I haven't seem him ever, but I do know a bit."

 

"Can you help us?" Carrick asked.

 

"Of course, but I ain't doing it without something in return."

 

"Well, what do you want?"

 

"I want a kiss."

 

"A kiss?" Carrick looked at him, he was probably referring to Starbolt, but he shook his head.

 

"You can't have her." Carrick said, a bit peeved.

 

"I wasn't talking about her, cutie."

 

"Cutie?" Carrick connected the dots....Carrick eyes widen. Oh...boy.

"Wait a second!" Thunder said in pure disgust. "You think Carrick is hotter than me!" He yelled, clearly outraged by the fact that he wasn't this pony's first pick. "I can't believe this. This is Horse hide!"

Fae stepped out of the bush and hovered next to Starbolt and decloaked.

Daeva was nearby overhearing the whole conversation, but when she heard that he wanted a kiss from Carrick she was shocked. She flew over and stood beside Carrick.

 

"I don't think you have a choice, just give him a small kiss." Daeva whispered to Carrick.

"I wouldn't mine you as well, sweetie." Wings smiled at Thunder.

 

You probably wouldn't of said that Thunder if he choose you. Carrick thought, as he just got asked by a stallion to kiss him. Carrick isn't exactly a pony who hated anypony who really went that way, but he wasn't a pony who was attracted to stallions. Carrick had to ask him again, "You want me to kiss you?"

 

Wings nodded, "Indeed, just a kiss and I'll tell you what you want." He smiled at Carrick.

 

Carrick gulped, all of this could help the case. Just a simple kiss. Right? Carrick gulped, he nodded. "Very well, I'll kiss you." Carrick said, defeated. He really didn't want to do this, especially in front of Starbolt, but what choose does he have? All of this....for the case. We must push forward....

"Well fine then!" Thunder shouted before giving Wings a full stallion on stallion kiss on the lips in front of everybody. The kiss lasted about 15 seconds before Thunder pulled away. "When was the last time you brushed your teeth and why the hell is your tounge so long," he said between gags.

Daeva saw Thunder jumping onto Wings, giving him a kiss that lasted fifteen seconds but it felt like fifteen minutes.

 

She saw Thunder complaining about how disgusting his teeth was and why his tongue was so long.

"Fae be quiet if you have nothing important to say." She snapped at her.

Then Thunder kissed Wings and Starbolt stepped back a little.

"Okay, any reason you wanted a kiss?" She asked Wings.

Daeva was also wondering why Wings wanted such thing, if I was a stallion a kiss from another stallion would be the last thing I'd ever want.

Wings blinked at Thunder's kiss the same could be said with Carrick. What the hell? Carrick thought entirely confused. Thunder's commented on Wing's breath and tongue. Wings smiled, "I dunno what you are talking about, I just had some zapapples and berries. I would think that would be a nice taste." Wings said showing his pearly white.

 

Wings turned to Starbolt and Daeva, "I like stallions. I like them strong and commanding. I can tell with Mr. Murphy that he can be....controlling. Same with Mr. Peagsus over there" Carrick gulped, I should thank Thunder for taking that bullet. He didn't know how that would of ended and how Starbolt would've reacted.

 

"Well now, you got your kiss. Can you tell answer my questions?" Carrick asked.

 

Wings groaned as he got up, he nodded, "Yep, I keep my promise, but can we get out of this forest. Kind of tired seeing trees everywhere."

 

Carrick nodded, "Alright, let's go." Carrick mentally sigh. I almost had to kiss a stallion...
