No flaws? Even some of the greatest pixel works can have flaws in them.

 

One thing I could bring up though, a black outline could always be avoided. I find black outlines to have too sharp of a contrast, and you could always try a lighter, colored outline to make it fit better with the colors you already used. The outline doesn't even need to be the same color as the colors they're trying to fit . I've used purple outlines for blue hair for example, and the results were beautiful.

 

Oh heck, my art style evolved to be able to handle no outlines at all.
