Its good but the shading you have is taking out the beauty of the drawing. shade it a lil lighter and all the details will show

I won't criticize on the pony figure too much since it's fairly accurate in a sense.

 

On the human figure, the biggest problem would have to be the body composition. I've seen some people finding trouble trying to find the better proportion. Try imaging next time the body pieces in shapes and then adding skin on top, then clothes.
