The Nintendo Entertainment system is overrated. It does have some great games, and it did save the video game industry from destruction. So I do like that about it, but whenever I see a list of the top 20 best game consoles the NES is always put at number 1, and it leaves me thinking ''really?''  

 

Also having to change the 72 pin connector is a pain in the ass

 

I do agree. The majority of NES games feel like minigames nowadays. And for those that don't, they're generally too frustrating to enjoy anymore anyway.

 

And this 'retro' fad where everyone seems to like 8/16 bit graphics and sidescrollers (to the point where the style is still trying to be made in new games) is just... Lol. They just need to let it go. Seriously.

The Sega Master System was, in quite a few ways, better than the NES. i.e. Better graphics, Better design, Sonic 2 (8-bit version)..

Rap, pop culture and Dubstep are abominations.

World Of Warcraft is not good (not bad though).

The Legend does die (10 points for reference joke).

Death/ Thrash Metal are best Metal.

Equestria Girls was good.

AJ is best pony.

Quinn is a great Champion.

Grim Dark is best genre.

Football is horrid.

Sport is Terrible.

Dark Souls is best souls game

I hate Minecraft.

Almost every song made after 2006 are really bad (to me) and I don't like them. With few exceptions.

I HATE the Bugatti Veyron.

I actually preferred the Mark V (1977-1979, not the old one!) Lincoln Continental over others.

I dislike Bollywood. (Indian movie business. Though this is almost unheard of here, this isn't unheard of in the city, almost everyone in the city likes Bollywood movies)

I dislike fanfics. (Prepare your bows)

I find Doctor Who boring sometimes. Season 4 was the worst season, except for the last two episodes. I didn't include anything after Journey's End and before The Eleventh Hour.

I have never watched nor do I plan to watch Doctor Who. 

Fantasy Football from what I've gathered is basically Dungeons and Dragons for sports fans

While I value introspective or thoughtful lyrics and composition, I'm also big fan of dumb, catchy songs. 

 

I like more "modern music" simply because of how diverse everything has gotten.

I most certainly can't disagree. The roster is certainly imbalanced, greatly underrepresenting the DK franchise, and also the Metroid franchise, while horribly and inexcusably overrepresenting the Kid Icarus franchise.

 

However, aside from that, I would have to say it is a great roster. I mean there's no excusing Dr. Mario and Dark Pit, but... So many unique and interesting characters were added that I just can't let it bring the roster down too much.

 

Plus we're getting Mewtwo back. Yay!

It's one thing to not agree with a person on his or her beliefs, but if you think you're so confident that there's no divine power to the point you feel it's your right to condem and to force people out of their religion, then I'm sorry my friend.

If the world were agnostic, I personally believe it would be one step closer to world piece and no one would have to change their beliefs.

If this would happen, there would be no extreme religious opinions and anti-theistic opinions.

There would be no need for them.

 

It's also just as close-minded as being a fundy. I've seen many that won't even consider religion/spirituality from a ideological and academic perspective of studying scripture and mythology because they hate the very concept of religion to it's core and everything even slightly attached to it.

Ah yes, the one system that's actually BETTER on a emulator so you don't have to contend with the horrible failure of a game-pad. 

 

 

In line with posts on this page, I think 16bit era was the golden-age of 2D games because they had the complexity and good graphics 8-bit games generally lacked.

I think its mostly that he had a cool moveset and that they took him out.

Sonic 3D games should have never existed. Sega should have kept making 2d sonic games with 3d graphics/effects/sections and made a new total-3d platformer. Alex Kidd, anyone?

Mewtwo may never have been high in the 'tiers' from my understanding, but I really couldn't care less about competitive play (people can play that way, just not me). The thing is that Mewtwo had a unique moveset and there really wasn't any reason for removing it. Plus, Mewtwo was the 'final boss' Pokemon of the original games. Certainly more impactful than a random sidequest Pokemon (Lucario).

Given that Lucario and the Mystery of Mew came out around the time of Brawl's release, Lucario was pretty big.

I'm not a fan of Super Smash Brothers, Mario Party, or...really any multiplayer game. I like watching other people play games and playing games while in the presence of other people, but I just can't get into multiplayer games for some reason.

Pretty sure it probably is. Disney might not be quite as much of a sequel making monster as they used to be but given how damned popular the movie was, how much money they made from it via DVDs, ticket sales and merchandise it's fairly obvious they're going to make a sequel to milk that cash cow more. I've stated I'm sick of the film but I am curious as to what they'll do for a sequel.
