Here's one

 

I find Luna Eclipsed to be an (must not say overrated) episode. It feels like the only reason people like it so much is because of the abundance of Luna. I only find it an OK episode. It has a problem Swarm of the Century has of Pinkie not explaining things till the very end with her not explaining that they were all only pretending to be scared. It's not a bad episode I just don't find it as amazing as everyone says it is.

It appears that they were both written by M.A. Larson. Larson, you've got some explaining to do, or lack of explaining when it comes to your episodes.

Lesson Zero honestly isn't as great as people say it is. I mean, it's good, but I feel there was alot of moments where it was kinda.. boring.

 

And considering how many G1 fans I've seen on this site, G1 is not that great. It's OK, but I just felt bored as hell watching it. Not to mention, I'm not a fan of the art style.

I will say, I one time watched a little bit of each of the earlier generations and G1 was the best of the earlier generations. It's defiantly Oscar worthy compared to Gen2 or 3

I can see that. I'm not the biggest fan of it, but it's at least better than Tales and *grits teeth* Generation 3..

Like I said before, the problem is they didn't explain they were all pretending to be scared till the very end. So throughout the whole episode, you're just annoyed with how ponies who clearly saw Luna redeemed are suddenly scared of her again. Had they made it more clear that it was a joke or had they not made Luna so sympathetic about being feared, then it would be better.

One of the most annoying and overrated topics out today is sexual identity.

Personally, I don't think it should matter that much at all.

I was born as guy so I identify as a guy.

I get it if you were born with a gender birth defect, but people now a days make it so confusing.

I also try to "look like a guy".

You will NEVER see me cross dressing.

I think cross dressing looks silly.

I'm sorry, but I simply refuse to take a man in dress seriously.

 

These would be unpopular opinions specifically on these forums.

• Case Closed is the best anime.

All Water Temples in the LoZ series are bitches.

The controllers for the N64 were just fucking terrible. (What were they thinking?! )

The camera is the worst enemy in N64 games.

(Don't know if I already said this one or not,but.) MLPFIM is a mediocre show.

This fandom produces far better merchandise than Hasbro.

Yugioh is better than Pokemon. (Trading card game wise. The shows were pretty equal in my eyes.)

Capes are cool.

Masks are cool.

Stealing is okay if it's justified. *cough* Robin Hood *cough* Kaito Kid *cough*

I prefer console gaming.

Getting married is overrated. (That's pretty much when your life ends.)

I like playing custom Pokemon games/ROM hacks just to see what games the fans come up with.

I hate cinnamon rolls. Not the flavor, but the icing is either too thick, or it's too sweet.

Grammar matters—I really do not like it when people take the time out of their lives to correct something for you and you go all "GRAMMER NAZEE!" on them. That is, of course, only if the grammar nazi wasn't trolling.

 

I don't really care about spoilers. I've been spoiled and "unspoiled" for many things before and I enjoy things to the same extent.

 

I don't care about homosexuals. I don't hate them, I don't like them—I think my feelings for them can be altogether described as complete and utter apathy. I think gay pride is stupid—likewise, I think homophobia is stupid as well, possibly more so. Unpopular 'cause most would either hate or be extremely fervent in defending them. 

 

I enjoy female protagonists more than male ones. Don't mistake this as sexism—it's mostly due to the characters themselves rather than their gender. There are still instances where people always prefer male heroes over female ones because they "don't fit the role." Legend of Korra's Korra was nearly rejected because of the fact that the main character is a girl. 

 

Your martial status does not determine your success in life. Nor should it completely take you over and affect your happiness majorly.

 

The moderators of this site are not the Illuminati.

 

Portrayals of a character with disabilities or otherwise that would be considered taboo do not necessarily have to be handled with fragile care. "Oh, this character with DID is portrayed as an insane serial killer! That must mean that everyone with DID is like this!"These characters are not the epitome of the entire group, they are not even real. If they're shown comically... whatever. The fact that we have to handle with respect the disabilities of people is rather disrespectful to the people themselves—almost as if calling them fragile. Of course, I can't speak for them. Everyone has different opinions—this is mine.

 

Ponies are not real. I think some people need to get that in their heads.

I hardly see these opinions as unpopular. 

 

 

• I don't care about Princess Luna. At all. 
• Hypocrisy rules in the brony fandom.
• The fact that something is overrated doesn't make it good or bad. Just overrated.
• I don't have things like favorite color, actor, genre of music, etc. I just don't like to prioritize things
• People are too focused on comparing things. "She has better figure than mine/The actor X is weak compared to actor Y/etc". It's annoying and unhealthy, because it makes people want to be someone who they aren't and as a result they're often unhappy, no matter what they do. There's ALWAYS someone better in something than you. Someone more beautiful. More talented. More happy. But it's up to you what you're gonna do about it. You can spend the rest of your life comparing yourself to others, or you can improve as much as you can and just be happy. Your choice.

You know, it's kind of hard for me to say this, since it was the home to tons of nostalgia for me, but..

 

the GBA was FAR from the best handheld ever.

 

It's not a bad handheld, but TBH, I can only name like, 5 good games that weren't ports. Plus, the sound on it was very poor and it's easy as hell to pirate for the GBA, so lots of fake games with poor save batteries go around. 

 

It's a good handheld and all, but I've seen better.

Some moral being slightly off doesn't equal the actual episodes quality!

Some reviewers don't even talk about how enjoyable it is, just whether or not there aren't any plotholes most people would miss out.

 

Also I like Putting your Hoof Down. (Even though Pinkie Pie and Rarity are my favorite characters)

I'm very picky when it comes to anime, and usually it comes down to pacing. For instance, I can never really get into Gurren Lagann or Kill La Kill because the scenes are transitioning so quickly that it's difficult for me to integrate with what is currently happening. There was one particular anime where the pacing was so bad that after the episode was over I was staring blankly at the screen wondering WTF just happened.
