They're seen as surrogate sisters, and there's a few shallow hints towards that in the show, but they aren't blood-related ^^ I don't know, I'm not sure whether the Rainboom is Rainbow Dash specific or not. An effect for show, doesn't automatically cancel out the idea, in my opinion ^^ But that's a pointless argument, so I'm not going to pursue that. silvadel 1,393 August 14, 2012 Share August 14, 2012 I have to agree that of the pegasi that we have seen, scootaloo has the best chance of ever doing it mainly because we have seen the other ponies train. None are even close to rainbow dash on the speed test. The wonderbolts arent even close either as you have seen rainbow dash blow right past them at need. Maybe Scootaloo can pull it off since she might have the guts and speed to do it. She is trying to follow her role model, Rainbow Dash. Life is an adventure. Scootaloo can't fly so she can't do it and Pound Cake could do the boom part, but not the rainbow part. Now if RD has children they could pool it off, maybe.
