I even spoke with my mother after showing her the same video. She said that our old home's floorplan back then was very popular (Circa 1991) and was spread throughout the country. I also checked the video owner's channel and it said their location was Los Angeles, my old house was in Maryland.

 

But I'm still pretty sure that the guy's house shares the same floorplan with my old home at the least.
