Around where I live, won't say in any more detail than somewhere in western-Finland. Money is money.

That could be, but 5 cents is the smallest money we have, so..... (we don't have 1-3 cents in use)

well 1 cent is completely useless in pretty much any context... it takes 100 cents just to make a single dollar. You'd need one hundred pennies just to make a dollar- and a dollar can hardly get you anything. Idk why we even have pennies, nickles, and dimes

100 cents also make one Euro, but you can actually get things with one Euro, mostly bar of chocolate and other small things, but still something.
