The reason I wear them is because they're awesome. I'm not all that concerned with the stats.

It's just speeding things up, but it's your decision.

 

Running lower level dungeons is a good way of gaining rungs, since the bosses each give 5 rungs.

21 bonus for actives

5 for passives

2 Alonwrites giving 2500 power and 200 for agress and abuse

503 Echeladder and growing, plus a power 7 sprite adding to a (current) total power of 4267 without active/passive bonuses

First Fraymotif has been earned

All Roletechs have been acquired

Numbers may be off by a bit (probably due to the auto-strife).

Yeah, it's annoying that assists use encounters, but it's balancing I guess.
