Background: Watch the video below. (unless you already watch Doctor Who) notice in the beginning the blueish vortex. You will see the TARDIS (blue police box) spinning around being struck by lightning and then afterwards you see "MATT SMITH". I'm thinking of something like that, where lightning shoots from the corners or the sides and strikes the text provided below in the proper spot.

 

 

Resolution: whatever works best.

 

Pony: Doctor Whooves (if you can fit him in)

 

Text: TARDIS915 in a relatively similar font to the MATT SMITH.

 

Other: if you can't fit him in, just have a TARDIS centered behind the text.
