"That's cool, I hope you enjoy working here. Have a good day and see you next time!" Silver Heart said as she waved goodbye and walked out the door with her smoothie. She decided to cut through the park to save time. As she was trotting through the park, she saw two ponies talking to each other. She didn't pay much notice to them until she thought she saw one of the ponies shoot something from their hoof. It made a bright flash, not blinding but bright enough to be noticeable. Silver Heart paused and stared on in confusion.

Octavinyl waved a hoof and smiled as Silver Heart left the smoothie cafe. She then turned her MP3 on and listened to music in her headset. It was very enjoying for her to meet new ponies, but she was still at work so she kept blending smoothies and filled in orders.

Jack turned around and smiled, "No," he replied unamused, "I do not intend to defend myself." He gave her a clear shot of his chest. "Kill me now, I beg of you. You see, I now realize that you are clearly superior to me, and it would be an honor to be killed by one such as yourself." he said in a fake plea.

Octavinyl turned to the police officer she had seen earlier talking to some stallions, "Oh bonjour monsieur. What would you like to order sir?" Octavinyl said to him as she smiled and got a notepad to take his order. Things seemed much better now when nothing strange was happening. "Comment t'appelle tu? Comment vas-tu?"

 

Nightfall broke from a slight trance.

"Oh? Sorry, I don't speak French... But, um, yeah... I'll take a Triple Berry smoothie, and do you do shots of caffeine? Because I'll need one of you do..."

Nightfall looked at the mare. She seems normal enough.

"Why aren't many in here today?"

Lapis rolled his eyes. "Clearly you won't give me the satisfaction of even trying to fight back. You're not worth my time. Maybe later you'll feel like giving a good fight. Until then, I shall await your choice to be less of a coward." He turned around, hoping the unicorn would try to hit him while his back was turned. He began to walk away, the destination of a local cafe in mind. Lapis wasn't prone to anger. He just wanted to have a little fun. In his addled mind, toying with ponies was the only thing that could really entertain him. Maybe later he'd make death threats to Manehatten. That could always be fun. Unless of course that stallion behind him was going to quit being useless and fight him.

He galloped down the steps, two at a time, and began to jog to the police station. Police work. It's dangerous, and doesn't pay well usually, but it's what I want. To protect the people I care about, and the ponies of this city; even if I nail a desk job. He internally sighed, walking into the police station. Comute time, 10 minutes. He took a seat in the waiting line, noticing that there wasn't... actually anyone there at the moment. Did I come at the wrong time? The police station is never closed... but... I will wait. Maybe somepony decided to take the office out on a coffe break or something.

Nightfall didn't generally socialize with other ponies, but he thought about it for a moment.

"Captain Nightfall of the MHPD, ma'am. Been an officer for only three months. With the way the crime is going, going up in ranks doesn't seem to hard. But I will tell you... The crime does make the job more difficult."

"Sounds like an interesting life of fighting bad guys and cleaning up crime." Octavinyl replied as she removed the container and poured the smoothie into a softdrink cup. "Here's your smoothie monsieur capitaine Nightfall, enjoy!" She added as she smiled at and him and handed over the receipt.

Nightfall smiled back, then walked outside the door. He thought for a moment, then realized he had to get back to the station. He found an empty alley, hopped in, took a sip of his smoothie, and teleported back to the station's main reception room.

"Hello, I was wondering if I could apply for a job," he says, "This place seems a bit... empty." He looks around, and swears he hears a small drip drip of a leaky pipe.

"You'll need to sign this. Insurance, medical stuff... Just read, and you will know what it is about."

Nightfall started walking back to his office. The place was quiet.

Octavinyl took a look at her schedule, 'Well looks like my shift is over now.' She thought to herself as she then took off the apron. The smoothie place was now dark with a closed sign on the door as Octavinyl left. Again, she turned on her headset to listen to some music while going home. She felt something cold, it was just a bit of ice on her hoody sweater, nothing serious so she continued flying to her apartment complex.

Type of Pony: Pegasus. Work preference: Groundwork. Definately groundwork. Talents: Flying, playing a cello, perceptive. He looked up and the other pony was gone. He looked around a corner and saw an office with a name plaque. Two bits says it's his... he thinks, knocking.

On her way back in front of the bank, she noticed two ponies who seem to look like they're about to fight. "Hey what are you two doing over there!" She yelled worried about somepony getting hurt. Octavinyl flew in closer to get a better look at the ponies.

"Your not going any were, you just attempted to rob a bank, i don't think im going to be letting you leave until the police arrive." Said Jackson, still fully anticipating an attack. He waited for the other pony to make a move, knowing it was only a matter of time until he did, and the police were at least 5 minutes away by now so maybe he could stall this pony until they arrived.

"Come in," Nightfall seemed to be reviewing some paper work. He kept looking at his work as the pegasus stallion walked in.

"Take a seat, if you would like to stay. If not, leave some way I can contact you. Otherwise, I will be with you soon."

Nightfall, without looking up, slid the new application towards him. He seemed to be very concentrated on this new piece of paperwork.

"Ok, so your name is Den Felosh, you are 19, you are a male pegasus, you have allergies... Yes, yes, all sounds good. But as for special talents..."

Noghtfall paused.

"Seeing as we are down on officers, you are hired. Wait a moment, and I will get you your uniform and schedule."

Nightfall stood up and started leaving the room.

You will let me by if I do this. Clayton focused and a purple knife appeared slit the throat of an unconscious pony on the ground, then the knife moved to another pony's throat. Every minute you keep me waiting a pony in this room will die.

Then he heard a pony call from just outside the bank, Smiling at the white mare who walked in he said. My friend and I were just having a little talk, a talk about how I will kill every pony in this bank if he doesn't move out of my way. Clayton backed up a little to make sure he had both of the ponies in his sight.

 

(OOC: just so you know everytime I say Clayton smiles at a pony I mean he is giving a crazed smile, he never smiles happily he always smiles as if he is about to laugh hysterically, Just thought I would let you know.)

Demon Opal looked as he watched the commotion in the park, another unknown pony and the unicorn from earlier, a giant wound on his leg. He squinted to try to get a better view, but 200 meters distance isn't a good distance to be able to see them clearly. He ignored them and looked away, thinking about the strange pony who cut himself...

Now if i could just remember those words that made the other crooks fly backwards this would be over in a hear beat. He thought to himself as he let lose the disarm spell which knocked the knife out of the ponies hands, when he did he immediately threw it out the broken window far away from the reach of magic. "Now then if your so tough then why don't you face me yourself, or are you a coward?" Finished Jackson

Lapis smirked and walked away. But before he left the park, he turned his head back. "Do you have name, unicorn?" he said almost with contempt. He secretly hated all non earth ponies. It was a hatred that had only come to light after the change. Not waiting for a response, the blue stallion went on his way to the nearby cafe, where he ordered a muffin and contemplated. That blood mage had chosen not fight, and it annoyed him. What was the fun in terrorizing ponies if they wouldn't even show fear or anger?
