If you get an email back from EqD that says "to review" what does that mean?

K so I sent in a song to eqd and got an email back saying "to review" instead of "to the queue" like they normally put. So what does "to review" mean?

It means exactly what they sent, man

 

It means that they have their hoity toity reviewers looking over it to see if it is "worthy" enough to be on their site

but I've never had anyone say that before, it always just to says to the queue straight up, so why are they saying to review this time?

I guess they have the feeling that it needs to be reviewed beforehand, so I dunno man.
