i would have her look more like Amy and adopted the same style your version looks nothing like a human Rarity because she would try to avoid looking like... well.. that

 

as for her story and quest for Soul Edge and Soul Calibur so she can use the elements of harmony to remove there power thenbreak them down in to jewel form for her next fashion line.

i would see rarity in that kind of way if she was in soul calibur, my friend and i wanted to make ninja versions thats why we choose this type of style, and that does seem perfect for rarity,
