x_x I'm so upset right now, it's not even funny.

I logged in 30 mins ago & my game went back in time to the way it was a month ago.

Now I've lost decor, Ponys (Soarin & DJ Pon-3 -cantelot-) & Gems I had earned.

I emailed Gameloft about it v.v Hopefully they can fix it...

 

Well According to my last post, hopefully if they can fix it on the next update or put up a hot fix on those rollback issues that you guys are having. it is most likely that you'll get the same response as kupanastole said

Well All I can say is that if you have a lot of shops and ponies, you wanna assign the ponies to the shops. Some shops carry loyalty at a good rate. You may wanna go to the app's wikia for further information.

Almost the same thing happened to me too. I could swear that I got Miss Harshwhinny to 5 stars but when I checked yesterday she was back in my inventory and I had to start over from scratch. Also I am wondering why I am getting a free rodeo at sweet apple acres. I am not sure if it is a promotion, just me or if anyone else is getting this gift

It's probably you got rolled back. a lot of people here including those on the FB page and the support are affected by the issue as well. their FB page said that they'll do a fix on the update.

You know what I wish they'd add? A confirm for spending gems. Something like 'are you sure you want to spend x gems'. I've accidentally spent 39 gems in two days because I tap too fast and end up clicking something and spending the gems.

Yep, same things happens to me. In fact, I have the feeling that the game lags sometimes, causing me to tap several times, thus spending gems by mistake.

Just to let you guys know that there's a mane6 event going on right now. If you guys haven't bought them yet, you'll have a chance of earning one from the daily & weekly solo event. You'll get gems if you have them already.

I'm guessing I'm too late using the hacking program, cause the game crashes before it loads now. (when I reset my internet settings, it loads just fine)

 

But those crystals ... it's a pain to get stuff together, cause you only get a single crystal for leveling up and maybe one more for the parasprites clearing.

Gems are the premium currency. Not surprising they are hard to get. At least it is possible to get them for free because that is not the case in most other Free-to-play games.

Premium currency, sure, but sometimes they are required. Restaurant is 50 gems. Same for some of the ponies for the tasks.

Fancypants is also 50 gems and needed to complete a task. So thats 100 and I only have 19.

Don't worry. You'll get there eventually.

I've been through it, so I know how it feels like.

 

I have most ponies and shops now, and I did not have to pay anything. It took  me a looooong time but you know what they say : Patience is a virtue.

Yeah it's true that Gems are hard to get. Not only the you'll get gems from parasprites, but also changelings and vampire fruit bats. I'm only getting gems from the daily bonuses that's it. I'm saving up gems to win ponies from balloon pop game.

Well The wait is over for those of you guys that suffered a rollback and parasprite invasion. They'll be fixing up these issues on the next update, but hopefully if they can give us some other stuff on the next update such as equestria girls mini-game and rainbow power (or rainbowified mane6) questline.

Oh no! I've been struck by the rollback pandemic! Also, looking on the gameloft customer service care, there seems to be talk about the Everfree forest, and the harmony tree. Is this already here or will it be on the next update?

What I know so far, not yet. They're expanding the apple family for Sweet Apple Acres. I'm looking through their facebook page that's it. What they said about the rollback and the parasprite invasion, they're gonna fix those issues on the update

Actually you're on the right track and thread. This thread is for discussing the app and seeking out People who need to add their friend list, but we give out hearts and chests as well also I'll be sharing the news on what's gonna be added on the next update and what issues are gonna be fixed for those that are not following this app's facebook page.
