The mine cart is not giving me my prizes I pass them but nothing happens. I passed two ponies and got neither. And even the bits and gems are not registering. Any one else having this problem?

I'm having problems regaining my organization after the Sweet Apple Acres update. I've now shoved all the Ponyville buildings in a corner to be organized later and uprooted all decorative items. So now my Ponyville is bare, with a few clearable items and many, MANY Parasprites. Not that Canterlot's doing much better. ^^'

There's no notice that you won what you get in mine cart mini-game because they're automatically won. The ponies you won in the mine cart mini-game should be in the inventory under canterlot section.

Well You're gonna have to start earning stars from some ponies because obviously if they're not 4-5 stars yet, it might be best to build them up after sweet apple acres update released.

So the weekly event is to kill 40 sets of bats in SAA to get Babs Seed. So I set up a new patch, giving some things and left out some space (2x2 to be exact) in hope for some bats to show up. No more bats showing up.

Yeah there will be daily & weekly events that involves pests to defeat them. You can't expect to block the spawn for the pests all the time because if you do, then this will affect your gem needs, daily & weekly events, and mine cart wheels (vampire fruit bats carry them).

no rocks or parasprite: dont leave a 4x4 space anywhere in your town if you dont want parasprite or rocks...

time glitch: shut down the app, go into time settings and move it up a day

get balloon park ponies for bits: simply put your device in airplane mode

Are you sure?? I've spent a lot of shards to the harmony stones and I've never got one.

Okay, I was waiting for my data for Loyalty shards to share this information, but I can just go back and add it later.  In any case, I may know what your problem is.  Read on!

 

This is a collection of my insights into the harmony stones:

 

After activating the stones, you can donate your excess shards to them for bits and gems.  It is very important to note that, to get gems, you must donate 100 shards to an indivudual stone.  Each stone has a hidden counter, and the chance to get a gem only occurs every 100th donation.  So always, always, ALWAYS wait until you have at least 100 shards to donate so you don't miss your chance!  The stones' counters reset with the game, so you will never see a gem if you donate a few at a time since, as soon as the app restarts, the stones go back to a count of zero. 

 

EDIT: just to be clear, you must donate 100 of the same element at a time.  Donating 50 Laughter and 50 Honesty will NOT generate a chance to recieve a gem.

 

That being said, I have gathered up 999 of each stone (barring loyalty and magic--loyalty to come soon!) and donated the whole set at once and measured the increase in gems and bits.  Note that all values are rounded DOWN to the nearest whole number and that these are my results, the actual values may differ slightly.

 

1 Laughter = 10 bits --  every 100 shards donated yields a ~10% chance to recieve a gem

1 Honesty = 20 bits -- every 100 shards donated yields a ~20% chance to recieve a gem

1 Generosity = 27 bits -- every 100 shards donated yields a ~25% chance to recieve a gem

1 Kindness = 40 bits -- every 100 shards donated yields a ~50% chance to recieve a gem

Loyalty and Magic results pending.

I hope that this update can come soon for Android as I would love to see who the new ponies are. I like the idea that more ponies can be won from the minecart game as I have started to improve in that game and I sure a lot of the new gem ponies like Granny Smith can be won that way too because it will take a very long time to save up on so many gems

Actually, you can get more than one gem, though I have only ever seen it once (I once got 2 gems at once at the Generosity stone).  It is my understanding that the loyalty and magic stones may give multiple gems on the 100th donation very often.  I just haven't tested them yet.

For those of you guys that are playing that app with android, the update is now out. I know you guys have been waiting for this moment, but usually the update is varies by iOS and android depending on whether the updates will be out for one of these 2 systems will be early or late.

Lv 72 now. God the rewards is great for someone who need bits to restore Ponyville. At least now I got Ponyville PS-free. 

 

Just wanna ask, if you wanted to farm gems using PS/Bats, do you make special space for them or you make spaces randomly across the town? (CL do not count, since they spawn regardless of free space)

Well As long there's a lot of space for parasprites and bats, they'll spawn, but the pests usually spawn daily if I'm right.

I have not been playing for a while and I have to say, I am literally blown away by the changes.

However, I can't seem to get any gems. And they removed the option to get free gems by watching ads which is not cool.
