"I-I guess so..." she smiled at Vinyl Blade. The cloud stopped and Cherry Blossom stepped off of it. It was Cloudsquare, the center of Pegalopolis where a lot of Pegasai go about. "So how do you like Pegalopolis so far?" she asked, now hovering above the cloud pavement.

Vinyl stepped out of the cab and onto the fluffy cloud. She looked around and took in the sights of huge high rises, ponies walking from place to place, and lots of carriages on the streets. "Wow... It's amazing. We can't get our buildings that high. Gravity'd pull them down."

"It is also very easy to have these buildings made. I-I'm not sure how they do it on the ground though. Let's walk all the way to the spa on hoof." Cherry Blossom smiled and started walking down the streets of Pegalopolis and towards the popular spa just a few blocks away.

"Well by they I meant the Earth Ponies. Chances are they might decide to negotiate or threaten the Unicorn kingdom for you to become one of there prisoners or for them to execute you. Because you were seen in the Earth Pony kingdom with Sapphire and Fire Blade. And Fire Blade killed two Earth Ponies so there deaths could be blamed on you because there is no proof you didn't do it." Letrix replied to her. "But if it comes to that ill fight to the death to protect you."

 

"Oh uh...thanks Letrix." Star Rain stammered. "But... what will happen to me now? Even after I get out of the clinic, I doubt I will be able to do more missions in their territory, now that you bring that up. But whatever the case, I'll keep studying and practicing until I can at least cast shield spells!" Star Rain is sure that she was going to get some protection from other ponies, which wasn't a pleasant thought since she didn't really enjoy being fussed at.

"You know, normally I'd mind, but the ground... I mean the clouds... aren't so hard. And usually I don't have anypony to walk with." She looked around again at the city. "If the cities are this beautiful, then what are the spas like?"

"Well, it depends on what you feel like we have to do. We should probably get to planning so we don't upset Vinyl, but I really would just like to spend the day... alone... with you."

She was still snuggled up close to Martin with her eyes closed.

 

"I'd like to do that too..." he moved in and gave her a long soft kiss on the lips "But we do have responsibilities..." he started to kiss her neck "We should probably clean up before we go out..."

 

((I hope soon. But I think this RP has turned into a romantic one Plus it doesn't help that two out of three all three leaders are whispering sweet nothings or taking a spa day ))

Velnir walked into town hall, having arived home. He went straight to the prison cells, where two new unicorns and his love. When he saw his love, he blushed, but also seemed less tense, and angry. He walked up next to her, but it was the inmates he addressed, "Hello. My name is Velnir. As you probably know, my race and your race are on the brink of war. I've spent the last day dealing with a headache from a idiot brute who wants war for the purpose of war, and trying to speak with your leader about the missing shipment and the two dead guards. Wait a minute," he turned to the mare, "You... look familiar. What was your name... S-s-s... Sapphire, that's right. This does not bode well. I hope Surge and Fatigue don't recognize you; if they find out someone of rank had a hoof in the killing, we'll be at war for sure," he mumbles. "So does somepony care to tell me why there are two dead ponies in the EPK?"

As Velinr stomped off Surge and Fatigue were at the EPK gates. well i dont know about you surge but im going to go sharpen our weapons. Runs off. Surge continues to town hall. He saw Windscar on her way back. She sneaks up her.....Hey you stop!Oh crap....I knew someone saw me go for a fly today. Looks like i might have to fight or run. She turns her head slowly to see....Im taking you in for supposition of siding with the enemy. Ha. Hey WS. she walks up to him and nuzzles his chest. Im glad your back. We caught the unicorn that killed the guards. Surges face changed form welcoming to silent rage. Where are they? Um....In town hall...In the cells. Why? Surge runs to town hall and kicks the door open to see Velinr, Shelby and two unicorns. Looking at the unicorns.....Witch one of you did it? Witch one of you killed my guards? Surge what are you doing? I thought you handled thing with their leader? They werent home. But this is even better. Now.....Witch one of you did it?

"Surge, calm down and think rationally. Knowing which one of them killed them only hurts you, and in the long run, doesn't really matter. What matters is that their dead. However, if you payed more attention, only one of them has a little blood in their mane," he gestures to the male.

"O-Oh well the spas are actually very relaxing. And the fact that they use a lot of water is no problem, but you could even stay there all day if you wanted to. They have private hotel rooms and such." Cherry Blossom smiled and proceeded to flying down the cloudy side walk.

Its a forbidden spell because It stops you from casting spells for a day but if I teach you it you could carry on doing missions in Earth Pony territory because you will look like one of them." They'll just think that I'm not doing anymore missions in their territory when really I'm there, just not able to be seen!" said Star Rain.

Sapphire saw Fire being interrogated by Surge, she also recognized Velnir, an earth pony who had negotiated with the unicorns before. She waited to see what they would do.

 

Algid went and gathered several unicorn soldiers. "Look, we need a to get Commander Sapphire back. Be ready to deploy soon." He told them.

The unicorns nodded and went and prepared.

Velnir walked up to Sapphire, watching her. "Can you spin in a quick circle for me? I need to see if you're injured." He examined her, wincing at the bruise on the back of her neck. " You realize that this could very well start war, right? A lot of ponies were depending on that medicine shipment, that now we don't have and probably won't get. You're ponies will stop getting our food. To many ponies getting hurt over stupid mistrust and espionage. We didn't get as much food as last year; we didn't get enough rain. Somepony scheduled an eclipse. The point is, we have food, but not as much. So when you ponies accuse us of hoarding, we don't know what to do."

Sapphire did as instructed and let Velnir examine her for injury. "At least some of you earth ponies care for others." She remarked as he inspected her. "Yes, this situation is quite bad. We weren't instructed to hurt anypony. He was just a little to brash with his actions. As for the rain, we have no control over that, the eclipse was for some sort of ritual." Sapphire answered Velnir, she remembered the priestess that worshiped the moon. 'She was probably the one who requested the eclipse.' Sapphire thought.

"Well, the eclipse wasn't to bad, a few ponies thought the world was ending and stopped working to go on a massive drinking spree. I had to deal with way to many hangovers. Best day of my life, until I met her; I got to eat that day. So why are you here? I assume you got what you came for since you were running out of the caves."

"I had a suspicion we were being led into a trap. And no, I do not deny killing them. Besides, my commander in the next cell," he nodded towards Sapphire, "had nothing to do with it. In fact, she scolded me for it. Just let her go. I'm the one to blame."

He didn't sound remorseful or sorry. He sounded stern.

"Do what you want now, but I've told you why truthfully. You have no right or reason to hold me here anymore."

 

Shelby stood by, watching, hoping nopony would be hurt too badly.

 

Greylight got up and walked into the bathroom.

"Before we go, I'm going to shower, ok?"

Sapphire looked at Velnir. He was strangely kind. "We were just here to see if you ponies were hoarding the food or not. There seems to be a stockpile of food hidden in caves......" Sapphire replied. She saw Fire's reply to Surge. "Wait, I'm his commanding officer, I take full responsibility for his actions." She told Surge.

Velnir sighed, "If you didn't order him to kill the guards, then we can't. You take responsibility. As for our stockpile, well, wouldn't you store food if your crop was bad? What if one year, it was so bad we couldn't give you any food? Then your race would indefinately start a war with ours, especially if you thought we were withholding it. I'm glad Fatigue isn't here," he adds towards Surge.

"No! Sapphire, I will not let you get caught up in this! I did this on my own! You will not be punished for my actions!"

For the first time, he sounded a bit worried. He didn't want his commander to be hurt for what he did.

 

"Can I 'help'?" Martin followed her into the bathroom and closed the door behind them. The water turned on and some steam escaped through the door.

Martin and Greylight exited smiling, with towels around them "Where did you learn to use a loofah like that?" he said jokingly. He gave he a quick kiss on the cheek and dried himself off a little more before he took off his towel and left it on the hook to dry. "Alright, so should we assemble the troops or whatever?"

"Well, that, and make the other preparations for your plan. If you need to add anything, I can leave you alone and go assemble the troops... If not, then... then I'll need your help getting everything right."

She hung her towel up and started moving towards the door.
