This is a hypnosis experience.

Your journey starts here, where you will be lulled into my relaxing trance. Don't worry, I will not write any suggestion that goes against your morals or will. I suggest you do this laying down on a bed or on a couch

The awakening chime will be a slow descending Eb 5-note scale, fully waking you up from your relaxation.

1st chime: slowly recovering
2nd chime: eyes slowly opening
3rd chime: getting more awake
4th chime: can start to move your muscles
Final Chime: Fully awake and alert with remembrance of the experience.


1. Take deep breaths in and out. Let the warm sound of the synth pad relax your whole entire body
2. C major: You start to feel light and more relaxed as you begin to settle in. The muscles in your arms and legs begin to relax so much, that you can't move them
3. C# major: Your eyes start to feel heavy and you can't seem to keep them open as the warmth continues to relax you even further.
4. D major: Your eyes are so heavy that you can't keep them open because you are so relaxed and happy and enjoying yourself in this experience. The warm pad giving you good thoughts to relax you even further.
5. Eb major: Finally, you are asleep in my trance. The first chord of Eb puts you into a deep deep sleep. As the cadence advances to relax even more. You are now open to any suggestion I give you (which wil be mostly transformation suggestions).
6. Awakening bells - you will hear the 5 awakening bells that will slowly wake you from the trance.
