Hrm..
I am unsure how well it would run to be honest. It probably will be able to run the game, but there might be some options you have to lower for better performance.

I'll ask my trusty friend on how well those specs would run TF2

Edit:

He says they sound medium!

On an unrelated note, does anyone here use TF2 warehouse?

For someone who thinks trading is a chore rather than a thrill, I think that TF2 warehouse is brilliant, as it allows me to trade my valuable items with ease. If you have the right hats (such as the Team Captain or Fast Learner) and don't particularly want or like them, you should definatley look into selling them to the warehouse, as you can get a lot of items in return. (For example, I sold them my Team Captain, and used the TF2WH credits to get 3 hats and a couple of stranges in return, as well as a selection of weapons I never seemed to get on the item drop.)

My Pyro loadout:

My Degreaser (Flambe Fatale) is Hale's Own, in case anyone is wondering (I want to brag anyway, so there :P)

@ I'm skipping UGC summer season because my internet is on the blink.  But if it gets fixed in time, I'll be looking for a team for fall, hopefully Silver or Gold level.

I have a tendency to mess around and try different combinations, but there are at least one for each class that I keep.

I love Team Fortress 2. I've poured 1000 hours into it in only a few years. (which just proves I have too much time on my hands but still). I haven't been able to play in a while due to computer issues and recently I haven't been keeping up with updates and such, but the second I fix up my computer Im going to start playing again.

If anyone wants to play some Entrenched Brethren: The Second with me, you can go ahead and add me. My profile's on my profile, hurr.

Also, I have finally acquired the final piece to my pyro loadout.

Man, you guys have loadouts that I could only dream of having. I really need to open all my crates and get more strange items. I guess I need to start playing more TF2.

First and foremost, I am now a map supporter! biggrin.png, I got the traveler hat and I am currently supporting Harvest.

Well, I found this while playing a shitty round on harvest:

So as of late I've kept having BSODs, seemingly caused by graphics-intensive games. I decided I should crack down and find the cause of it, and eventually decided to see if it was heat causing it, so, bored, I fired up a game of TF2 on a random server and played until a bluescreen. Then, I took the side off my computer and watched the temperature go down as I set my box fan. Fired up TF2, joined a random server, and while it got hot, my processor and GPU never seemed to ever get above 74c. So, during my little test, I was playing medic and doing pretty good I'd say, all things considered. tongue.png

Quoted for truth.

The more you play, the more stuff you'll have. It really is simple as that!

You might be satisfied with just one cosmetic loadout for each of your classes, or maybe you are like me, and want several so you can switch it up!

That spray is amazing. Applebeans is among my favorite MLP artists.

My current spray is even more amazing, a picture of Midna I'll have to post later.

So after playing today, and getting my rear handed to me by people who play better than me, I noticed most of the players who killed me were using stock weapons with the botkiller heads on them. Well I got curious and decided to check the TF2 wiki to see how I can get me one or two. I don't fully understand what I need to do specifically to get one. I know it involves the MvM stuff, but for anyone who has one of these botkiller weapons can you please explain how I can get my hands on one possibly?? Thanks =D

@ - Basically you have to complete a "Tour of Duty".  It's completing a set of missions.  After you finish it, you're given a random Botkiller weapon.

Just like Suzako said.

The easy missions to medium (advanced) missions require 6 missions to be completed. You need Tour of Duty tickets to play Mann up missions, 1 for each.

The harder missions expert to mecha-engineer missions, require only 3 missions each.

Depending on which missions you complete, you get a different kind of botkiller.

The easiest ones give you a rust botkiller weapon, or if lucky the rare blood variant.

The advanced ones give you a silver botkiller weapon, or if lucky the rare golden variant.

The expert ones give you a carbonado botkiller weapon, or if lucky the rare diamond variant.

500px-Types_botkiller.png

The mecha-engineer ones gives you a silver botkiller weapon, or if lucky the rare golden variant.

The mecha-engineer missions's botkiller weapons attaches a robot engineer head, while all the others carry the robot head of a heavy.

Ahh ok I see now. So I have to get these tickets in order to get in to play the missions to get a chance to win the weapons. Ok that makes sense. Now I wish I didn't spend all my money on opening crates lol.

The botkiller weapons are pretty lame IMO. They're good for tracking stats, being Strange and all, but the dangling robot heads get annoying. I suggest getting one you like and not getting caught up in the hype to get the "best" ones.

They're brilliant for Valve, though. They can just slap another head on them and call it a new weapon. $$$ It's almost like the styles system doesn't exist or something.

Oh I know. I mainly want the sniper rifle and the scatter gun for the scout. I found a mod that changes the head on the sniper rifle to Twilight so that's mainly the only reason I really want those guns.

So, it's Twilight Sparkle's severed head in place of the robot's? ohmy.png

If anybody's up for some TF2 and needs a good medic, I guess I could play a game or two. Maybe go Heavy-Medic and dominate some noobs on a Valve server or something. That'd be fun. :P

Lol no no. Let me emphasize. It changes the head to instead be the WHOLE Twilight. Not Twilight's severed head. Man I wouldn't get that mod if that was the case.

This day I reset my Hale's Own wrench.

For the sole purpose of letting it level up together with my new little thing I got from a friend o' mine: A strange PDA device for the engineer!

It levels up on sentry kills, just like the wrench. But it also counts allies teleported and health dispensed to allies.
So for example, when I got 10 sentry kills recently..
"Jozzeh's Wrench has reached a new rank: Unremarkable!"
"Jozzeh's PDA device has reached a new rank: Unremarkable!"

Double the level up! xP
