*SPOILER* Season 3 Finale Speculations?

Here are my views on how the finale might turn out. So when the power of the crystal heart blew sombra away it kind of made a focus point on his horn, his horn was whole when it blew away. Also his horn was glowing orange which means it still has some power in it.

 

Now this possibly means his horn will land somewhere else where he might possibly regain his power and form or... Someone else might posses his power. Now, im sure some of you saw these spoiler images a month or so ago.

 

So the first image it shows Sombra and trixie together and the next image shows her wearing a necklace similar to his. I am guessing that trixie finds Sombra's horn and possesses his power to do his bidding or to become the most magical unicorn in Equestria. It also could be possibly that Trixie finds the horn and Sombra speaks to Trixie, convincing her to use her magic to help him regain his power. So he get back to his true form but is weaker so he has Trixie as his assistant so he has more of an advantage. Now when the second episode comes to a closing it shows Luna holding up a book and winking to Celestia.

 

Now if you look at the book closely you can see that it has STARS and SWIRLS on it, Star Swirl. That might be the book on star swirl the bearded. Also if you look at Trixie's cutie mark. It has a star wand and a swirl. I think that Trixie and star swirl might be related, but that is a rough guess. Twilight might learn how to be as powerful as Star Swirl so that she can defeat Trixie and Sombra. That is my speculations on the finale. Please feel free to discuss this.

It would be really awesome if they did something with Sombra and TGAPT to go in a team to defeat Twilight, but the defeat would be really similar *cough* Elements of Harmony *cough*, and I have a feeling that that black book might be a antient history book.

I doubt it will have anything to do with Sombre. I think it was just focusing on the horn for effect and emphasis on his utter defeat.

 

I do however wonder if the black book from the end will have anything to do with it. Maybe some kind of ancient prophecy the foretells the end of the world and the one aspiring young unicorn who can ultimately stop it.

 

EDIT: I realize what with the Trixie talk on the starting post maybe you thought I was referring to Trixie as the aspiring young unicorn. NO. Twilight will save the world.

I would hate it so much if Trixie came back as a villain with no other reason's for being a villain than that she wants her Rep back. Her actions in boast busters were completely justified and I believe she could be good, or at least turn good at the end.

that sounds feasible and it also sounds like a good story as well. this would also be good as sombra wasn't given a lot of lines

I think the episode where Twilight discovers her destiny will be the finale for this season. Or maybe Discord and Chrysalis join forces.
