[SPOILERS] "Crystal Pony transformation" effects?

The power of the crystal ponies was finally revealed in the premiere! Out of the ashes, comes a very powerful form of magic with potential that could even rival the Elements of Harmony themselves if harnessed properly. It's even been stated by Luna that the empire's magic is very powerful, Celestia herself stated that their power could reflect the ideals and values that Equestria instils upon everypony when utilized in the proper fashion. But what does it grant regular ponies, besides the obvious change in physical appearance? I will delve into the realms of things like unicorns experiencing a boost in their magical power, pegasi being able to fly more fluidly and the obvious speed boost, and Earth ponies being more nimble on their hooves and heightened reflexes/strength, depending on the figure of the Earth pony. Let's take Twilight Sparkle, a unicorn into account first.

She's a bit shinier than this, and although we didn't get to see her "new magic" in action, that kind of power must have given her some sort of ability to use "upgraded" versions of spells that she already knew. Here's what I've got so far:

 

Force Field ----> Crystal Barrier: A step up from Shining Armour's regular force field spell - this one's much more akin to Cadence's spell to hold back Sombra almost entirely, but probably not as powerful as the latter. Though, this can be used in a variety of shapes depending on the unicorn's magical ability. As Twilight's the Element of Magic, you can make a case for this spell in particular having the ability to at least shroud Ponyville in a virtually impenetrable wall.

 

Magic Beam ----> Charge Beam: An intense and focused beam that would puncture an opponent if the show allowed it. Instead, what I got in mind is something like Piccolo's Special Beam Cannon attack from Dragon Ball Z that knocks the other guy back by quite a bit, inflicting potentially massive damage. This won't be fired in short bursts like how Twi used the former to knock back Changelings.

I still don't know what the purpose of this thread is, but I just want to say that Princess Cadence and Shinning armor and all unicorns have different kind of "magics".

Cadence's magic is not considered to be used as an offensive attack, if she were to shot a laser beam, I don't think it would harm any kind of being. Her magic is focused in love and the force field she did was based on this magic. We could see that king Sombra was completelly unable to penetrate that barrier, maybe because he can't fight love, but when Shinning armor tried to face him in episode 1, we could see that he was completelly inmune to his magic, because his magic is offensive and physically damaging.

For some reason the re-energized Crystal Ponies reminded me of ancient Greek or Roman times. Like their mane styles felt Greek/Roman.
