I've gotten two (maybe three) entries, and I should be ready to announce the winner next week. also as much as I've hyped the prize, I should probably mention that there's no real guarantee that it will actually pan out, so I may have to come up with a plan B.

Well my OC sure is late for Nightmare Night. But that's alright, he's used to being late to special events. Anyways, here it is! My OC Orion Skies, in his Sherlock Holmes costume!

Dsanders: A poem about Love or Life.

 

(Dsanders, if I have to write a love poem, it’ll have to be based around someone I  really like. So I apologize if it wasn’t what you were looking for, but I can’t fake it successfully. I tried to. Three drafts of trying, actually.)

Beauty.

It’s such a strange word, isn’t it?
In one word, it describes all the

Women in the world,

And also none of them.

 

You are beauty.

 

You are brown silk

Flowing in the breeze

while you shiver.

 

You are green eyes

Sparkling dazzling notes

Of beaming starlight

 

You are skin

Pale from time

Spent mostly inside,

 

But mostly you are love.

 

You understand what others don’t,

That the sky doesn’t fall just for love,

That the stars in your eyes can be stolen

But they always grow back.

 

You know that a scar can heal,

Can describe in detail the moment

What it feels like to feel

What you see in this deal

Ok, so if two people wanted to date the same pony, than whoever came later would have to steal the pony away. Am I right?

 

Can you just request that whoever wants that pony never existed? (For example 2 different people want to date Pinkie. One person asks if the other person can live in another universe, so both people can date the same pony without competition.)

Alternate universes are an option that is only available to the mods. However, If you are feeling up to it, you could step through this mirror here... (rolls a mirror into the room) and try your luck with the Equestria girls universe version of the pony you want to date. (Its basically the same except you have hands and you're in a high school)
