My first wallpaper :3 good or bad?

So I finally kinda figured out how to make wallpapers And since this is my first wallpaper I want to know what other ponies think about it :3 Please tell me if you like it if you don't like it, then tell me what's wrong with it

It helps to know a bit about composition in art and photography. This wallpaper will probably be lot better if Fluttershy wasn't facing toward stuff away from your monitor.

I'm not going to lie, it's good, but not great. It's a little bland, and lacking colors. Maybe a couple more pictures of Fluttershy around the screen, or some sort of pattern for the background?

its great, but there are subtle elements that should be considered. its good in its simplicity, but the main focus(in this cas, fluttershy) should be more zero'd in, perhaps making a gradient for the BG, instead of just a plain one? or anything, really, as long as it aids to fluttershys image. also, maybe fluttershy could be moveda lil more towards the centre? rule of thirds nig its real good for a first though.

This is good for a first one. It's easy to see this was made on gimp, one or two of the brushes have been used behind the vector.

Even the simplest wallpaper can be really effective and good looking. (See below, the ministry of image wallpaper)

We all improve over time. Here are some wallpapers that I have in my wallpaper folder that you might like and try to aim for:

hmmm took time to make a new one so let's see if it is better or worse? xD turned her around so she doesn't look away from the monitor, didn't make a blank background aaaaand I forgot if i should mention anything else

I think that contrast should be in the middle when making a wallpaper, not too high and not too low. I don't know If I'm explaining effectively or not.

I kinda disagree. If you carelessly add more Fluttershy, it will lose its focus and ends up being an aimlessly done piece. If anything, it may be better to have a much larger Fluttershy instead.

 

Personally, the only thing about the colors is that yellow is probably not the best color for a wallpaper. It's a rather harsh color if you think about it.

The first one is pretty good, though the text could have been a different font. The second one is better, but it still lacks something. Also the glow around Luna, just doesn't look that good, (sorry) by that I mean it should be a softer transition, and a smaller glow.
