Because the post that famicon made was a bit redundant, I have taken the liberty to create a new post asking which other generation(G1, Tales,G2,poor old G3 and G3.5) you like the best or can simply tolerate the most out of them all. I hope some of us can respect the pre-g4 heritage of this show.

Generation 3. For a definite.

Thats how I pretty much started out! (I think anyway)

With the fabulous books and toys of G3 xD

And then as I got older, My Little Pony just grew with me!

Probably G1... It's just awesome, and the toys just give me that fab 80s vibe.

Plus they look great customized! There's some really amazing ones out there.

generation 3 is my favorite because it holds the most nostalgia value for me. but i also like g1 too, mainly because of the art style. i think it's cute.

G5 because it's in space, has motorcycles and it's done in kickass modern Clone Wars / Transformers Prime modern TV CG!

Also love the wave synth techno / electric guitar intro by Brian May of Queen. Oh and the and the two parter where Razor Bloodhoof and Mohawk Slapflank shoot up the stardust dealers at the Stud Farm brothel while shouting obscenities.
