Whirl Wake sat down on a drum seat. "I don't listen to music that often, but I guess so." He said. "Now, what instrument do you play again? I'd love to hear it." Whirl Wake looked through a small window outside of the room and saw that it was morning and he hadn't gotten any sleep.

Red puffed his chest out with pride, "I can play any instrument I want to!"  He began to elaborate more, "As long as I've played it before, and can remember it, I can conjure it with magic and play it without touching it! I can even do multiple instruments at once!"

He then got a fun idea, "Would you like to hear a song?"

Whirl Wake shrugged. "Whatever you like," He said. "I'm not very educated in the art of music anyways." He shifted around on the black, worn seat of a drum set and looked up at Red expectantly. There were oodles of instruments in this one small room, from high-pitched glockenspiels to the lowest doubles basses which ponies needed to stand up to play.

Red grinned at Wake, "What genres of music do you like? Rock? Metal? Classical? You name it and I'll play it!" Red's horn began to glow as he began to think about what song he would play for his new friend, "Come on! Everypony listens to music, so there's gotta be something you like!"

Whirl Wake laughed, "Alright, alright!" He put a hoof to his chin and his face brightened as an idea came to mind. "Ah! How about this... Do you know of a certain song called

Radioactie ate a whole can and eyeball'd another. I can eat three of these, and back when I did it last, I could've burned it of in a day... But if I do it, will I get fat? What if somepony starves because I eat this can of peaches? But everypony looks well-fed here... One more can't hurt...

(OOC I'm going camping and will be gone for a day.)

Mal finished his breakfast and went to get some fresh air before going to Radio's place, since it was rather early.

'This headache, I wish it would go away.'

Mal reached the end of the street and got some tea from a nearby store.

He slowly sipped the tea as he walked back home.

"Eh, I think we're both at a loss here. Maybe we can just walk down the street for now and hope we get to the park. The street is such as good, if you ask me." Cloud Flurry pointed to the right, where the road got wider and expanded into some greenery, where in the other direction it god narrower and further into the center of the town. The greenery was more promising, even if it was controversial as the center of the town might house the garden.

Whirl Wake laughed, "Alright, alright!" He put a hoof to his chin and his face brightened as an idea came to mind. "Ah! How about this... Do you know of a certain song called

Red grinned and his horn lit up to reveal a piano, bass, and violin, "There's a new one! Lemme know if I'm playing the wrong thing, okay?"  Red closes his eyes and the instruments begin to circle him.  The song starts...

Aelicine finishes the third can of peaches guiltily. I guess if I have the peaches, that means somepony else isn't going to get them anyway, she thought, trying to reason with herself, I've probably got 30 minutes until Mal gets here, might as well try or some semblance of a lab....

"Eh, I think we're both at a loss here. Maybe we can just walk down the street for now and hope we get to the park. The street is such as good, if you ask me." "Of course we can go that way." Aarod said with a smile. "Walking usually leads to discoveries and who knows maybe we will find something more interesting than the park, maybe we will find a garden or some other nice place." He started to walk down the street, next to Cloud Flurry.

They continued down the yellow brick road. Not even kidding on that one. The sound of their hooves clopping as they continued down the street, a few other sounds, but very few, there to accompany them. She glanced around her, for no particular reason whatsoever, and then looked down the road. "I think I see park lights down there. Looks like we went the right direction. The lights got brighter and more radiant as they got closer, until park benches, trees and so on were visible under the light.

OOC: Okay, so I kinda stopped existing for a while... I'm back though! Yes, it's that Roxanne.

 

Whirl Wake closed his eyes and smiled. It was his favorite song, that song. He opened his eyes and saw that Red was using his magic to play three instruments at once. He stared in awe as the keys were tapped accurately as well as the violin and bass.

Mal finished preparing and stepped outside and headed to Radio's house. The day was sunny and he enjoyed his walk even though he had a headache. Arriving at her door he knocked on it.

"Radio, it's me, Mal." He said loud enough for Radio to hear him.

'I do hope she's home. She should be, she said she would let me go with her today.'

She opened the door magically from downstairs, coming upstairs with her headset on. "So, the valiant stallion arrives. Just in time to help me with my groceries," she grins, walking outside. She closes the door, and about a dozen clanking sounds were heard behind it.

Mal followed Radio to the groceries.

'Why does she have so many locks, it's not like anypony would attempt to steal here. They would easily get caught and arrested. There are guards patrolling the streets all the time.'

He decided to let the lock topic drop. "So Radio, what's on the grocery list today?"

"Apples, sugar, alcohol, peaches, bread, and other things," she says, absent mindedly playing with the shape of a levitating piece of scrap. "I'm a bit confused as to why you even wanted to come with me. I'm sure you have other, far more interesting ways to occupy your time."

Red let his instruments fade away after the song ended, he then realized that there were several songs by the exact same name.  He suddenly felt a bit panicked as he worried he'd played the wrong one, "Did I get it right?!" he blurted.  He looked around, at least nopony else had come in.......Red always hated playing alone in public.....

Whirl Wake's jaw dropped. "That was even better than when I heard the whole symphony play it!" He exclaimed. Whirl Wake looked at his watch. At was 5:30 AM. "Woah, I gotta get going. It was nice meeting you, though!" Whirl Wake trotted out of the building after shaking hooves.

"I'm glad you liked it!" Red shook hooves with Wake, "Oh, yeah it is kinda late isn't it?" he said looking at his watch.  They must have been in that club for a lot longer than Red had thought.  He felt he needed to get home too, "Well then," he said to Wake, "I hope I get to see you again.  Feel free to stop in here anytime, just tell them you know me."  Red began to head out the door, "Cheers!"

Mal followed her noticing what she did with the scrap. "Well, I don't really have much to do today, so why not spend it with you." He replied to Radio as they walked to the market.

'So, most of those things are quite common, I'm sure we won't have problems finding them at the market.'

"Sooo, you didn't cancel anything on your schedual to come shopping with me?" she winked at him, grinning, "What do you like about me Mal? You can't say because I'm mysterious or what not because I'm from the future. That's the easy way out," she added, following the signs.

Mal smiled. "Your friendly, smart and your eye color complement your coat and mane very well." He replied to Radio chuckling.
"Uh.... Nope I didn't cancel anything to come with you." He said, his tone showed how obvious he was lying.

'Oh.... That came out wrong. That really sounded like a lie.'

She laughs, "Oh, Mal, your so full of it. You've got about as much business lying as Rooster has up at midnight." She bumped hips with him and continued to walk playfully, "So, what'd you skip? Nothing to important, I hope?" She magically changes the scrap into a mirrow and studies her eyes.
