So, I didn't see a topic for Les Mis, so I made one. So, I just want thoughts about the musical! What do you think of the movie cast? Or just the musical in general? Favorite songs? So, my feelings summed up;

 

Most emotional moment; Eponine's death

Most anticipated part of the movie; How Anne Hathaway does...

Favorite song; Do you hear the people sing?

Favorite character; Gavroche

Favorite scene; Beggars at the feast.....makes me laugh.

 

So, what are your thoughts?

It's funny you bring this up. My friends and I go to the movie theater often, and before the most recent movies they have ran a behind the scenes of Les Miserable. I hope you can find it somewhere, but Hugh during an interview spontaneously sings two or three versions of the same beginning song. My friends laugh so hard as he right there was taking himself wayyyy too seriously. We really wanted to see the reporter's face. Every time we go we sing it out loud with him. ♪"WHAT HAVE I DONE...!?"♪

Several years back in high school, we did a show over this musical in marching band and I've been in love with it ever since.

 

I still frequently listen to the soundtrack, although not really in order. I listen to the songs randomly with the rest of my music.
