"Oh, you can leave that there," Angel said, pulling out a couple umbrellas and hoofing one to Indigo.  "We can clean it up, later," she said.  She carried her clear umbrella to the door with her magic.  She opened the door and was immediately hit with a burst of wind and small bits of hail, which caused her mane to flow back wildly.

"You know what I'll come along," Draco said with a chuckle "Duran can ride on my back if he likes," Draco said slightly "Of course I wouldn't mind staying here but you sound alittle lonely when you do your missions," Draco said with a slight smile as he looked at the mare.

Rain could hear a voice faraway and faint. He knew the voice. "Uhhg Hunter? Hunter I...I'm sorry." Rain coughed and shook his head trying to clear the ringing in his ears. Once the ringing stopped he opened his eyes and saw a worried Hunter leaning over him. "Well hey there beautiful. Long time no see. he craned his neck and kissed her. He laid his head back down and closed his eyes. The sound of thunder made his eyes shoot open. "Oh crap! I need to get back out there!" Rain screamed.

 

"no, you cant go out there, it's too risky, theres only one pony I know whose fast enough to push a storm like that..."

she saw a bolt of rainbow fly past her window out the corner of her eye and pointed to it

"rainbow dash!"

she stroked rain's mane

"dont worry, rainbow is the best flier I know, I'm not letting you leave until you're better"

Charmer walked away, feeling unneeded. "I think I'll try and go home. I'll get my bags later. I hope you get better, Rain." Charmer went out the front door. Rain and hail and wind blasted her, but she pressed on in the stormy weather. She saw Angel, a pony she didn't know too well. "Angel!" She shouted over the noise of the storm. "What're you doing out?

Sky soared high in the storm. He pushed as many cloud as he can.

For the love of Celestia! Where are they?.

He unleashed a curse when he heard a thunder near him.

Where's Rain? He's supposed to be here.

He tried to control the storm until the reinforcement arrive. He didn't remember how much time did he spend up there,Maybe just ten minutes? but his wings got tired.

He snorted when a wild air stream stroke him hard, I can't handle it alone.

"I promise I will come back to you safe." With that he let go of her and backed up to the door.

 

 

Speed, the only thing I can't handle in flying."I'm right behind you! Keep flying!"

 

 

As he screamed to the two ponies his eyes were blinded by a flash, when his sight came back he could only see a sky blue Pegasus.

“Those lightning’s are the risk for the weather control team” were his thoughts,

 

“Ill take care of the lightning’s and the thunder bolts ” he screamed to the blue winged one  “You and your friend do what you can to make this stop”

 

He flew deeper to the clouds and spread his wings to gain some sort of control, the wind was harsh but he kept in place.

 

“Ok lets do this” as he said that Colt started to concentrate all his magic power creating an aura surrounding his body.  The aura had the polarity to attract the lightning’s to his body.

 

“this way they can work with no risk of getting a strike ”… he thought “but this won’t be nice at all”

was all she managed to squeak out before he left, she laid on her couch and stared at the ceiling. after a while she unintentionally dozed off, even though she woke-up like a couple hours ago

Wow, it's really bad... What in Equestria are the local Pegasai thinking?  Indigo followed Angel out the door after he opened his umbrella.   Once outside, the scene was bleak.  Hail and rain fell like crazy and there were flashes of lightning.  Off in the distance, he noticed a pegasus and a dragon up in the sky.  Are they crazy?  What are they doing flying around in this kind of weather?

Angel looked over as a pony called her name.  "I...I'm..." she raised her voice as high as she could to make it clear over the storm.  "We're trying to see if any pony needs any help!"

The umbrella Angel held with her magic got caught in a gust of wind and her magic wavered, blowing the umbrella out of her silver glow grasp.  Angel gasped and grabbed it with her magic.  She caught it and tugged it back towards her.

Make yourself a nice day, relax a bit or visit some friends while i am gone. Of course i cannot stop you from following me, but i want to make myself clear: Please don´t do it. This is a mission that requires this weather condition..."

 

She started to walk up the stairs. "See ya within the afternoon!" Iron Wing said while going into the third floor up to the start and landing plattform. Iron pushed a lever and the hangar door opened. Also the starting plattform unfolded outside the tower. A siren was heared for the nearby ponies to be alarmed that a military mission was about to begin. This included that the sky next to the tower should be free. Iron got on to the plattform, started the run-up and did a powerful takeoff into the stormy and rainy sky. With forceful wing flaps she gained height and speed as she flew into the direction of Sweet Apple Acres.

Indigo talked loudly to Angel, "I'm going to try and help out that light blue pegasus up there, you try to figure out if you can help anypony."  Indigo kissed her on the cheek and quickly flew off in the direction of the light pegasus.  "Hey do you need any help?  I used to be part of weather in Cloudsdale."

Angel nodded and watched him fly up.  She looked around and spotted a small bunny cowering under a tree.  Angel trotted over and scooped it up quickly.  She ran back towards the house, the bunny struggling in her front leg.  She placed it down inside the house.  Once the bunny realized it was safe and would have a better shelter it hopped further into the house.

Rain zoomed to the place he last saw Sky, he didn't see him so he climbed to the clouds. Once there he saw Sky and the dragon that had asked about jobs..."Oh come on i know his name...Colt! that's it." Rain though out loud. He flew over to them. "Whats the situation now?" He asked with a serious tone.

Sky swoop down to rest his wings. He glanced around and sighed when he found a weather pony came to help.

Finally! They start coming.

He spotted a dragon and the same couple he saw yesterday.

"You three! What on Equestria are you doing?! Come home! It's too dangerous out here!" He shouted to them, especially to the couple. He wasn't sure about the dragon, but it seemed like the dragon didn't hear him. He soared up again to handle the storm.

Angel Feather looked over at the light blue pegasus.  She blushed and looked around.  I..I was just trying to help, she thought weakly.  She scanned the area for any other ponies that might need some assistance.  All I've saved is a bunny.  I wish I could fly...   I wish I was a pegasus...

Draco said to the lynx "We'll just follow from the ground," Draco said once more but letting his scottish accent through. "Sorry My family is from  a land far away from here but moved to Apploosa,"

Maybe you could get a team together here of any pegasai or dragons?"  I bet I'd find them with Rainbow Dash, that super-famous pegasus from Cloudsdale.  Indigo looked around to try to see if there was any of them that he could see from there, he didn't see any...

Duran hated to be left behind, so he nodded to Draco of course as he offered to follow Iron. He meowed outload and jumped on Dracos back, waiting for him to leave the tower. Of course he knew that the weather would be rough so he grabbed a blanket to cover himself and Draco to keep both warm. He pulled on Dracos ears a bit to tell him that he is ready for leaving the building.

Iron Wing had reached a good speeds as she flew over the Sweet Apple Acres area for her patrol and identify mission. She flew deep and fast, noticing that some ponies struggled with the weather. She also could see Colt up in the sky. Her mission couldn´t be aborted, but she decided for a little drop in helping action. She got a bit more speed and started to drastically increase her height, shooting like a rocket into the sky. She wasn´t able to do much weather control, but the basics she knew. She lay out her wings into a V-Like formation to get a better agility within the air and shot like an arrow through the clouds that produced electricity, spreading the wings fully in the moment she entered the cloud. With this action she hoped to split up the clouds into smaller ones.

 

Smaller clouds produced less electricity and danger to the surroundings. Also she started to fly around the clouds as fast as possible, trying to spin the clouds in different directions. She was careful to spin them the way to lesser the wind strength. With that done it would be more easy to lower the strength of the weather a bit for the other ponies. Colt seemed to do some magic tricks to hinder the lightnings to strike a pony. He had chosen a good position from where he could get most of the bolts. But some clouds that wasn´t in his range still could strike the electrical lightnings. But with her work, Iron Wing was happy enough. She wasn´t a weather pony so that was all she could do.

 

She continued to fly into the direction of the mountains on low altitude but high speed. She knew that it was dangerous and that the storm was more heavy within the mountains, but she had to do it. She speeded up to her top speed with very strong wing flaps and left the Sweet Apple Acres behind her, dashing to the mountain area...

Sky frowned "No! Don't do anything stupid! Maybe you've survived one, but don't test your luck. You won't lose your job, but those lazy ponies may. Think about Hunter...You have somepony who wait for you at home" ...And I don't.

Before they could even replied, he flew straight upward. He snorted when a strong wind hit his back and drained his energy, but he kept flying.
