"Well thank you, but i don´t need anything luxorious. I just need a bed and a doctor and maybe some rest..." Iron Wing answered. She started to walk to the Ponyville hospital at medium speed. She couldn´t run that fast, but it surely would be enough. She needed no fancy stuff, big rooms or more decoration. She just wanted to be healed right away. She reached the hospital within a short time, and the doctor who was in charge could see most of the injuries with his professional trained eyes.

 

"By Celestia, what did you do to mess up like that?" he asked the guardian.

 

"Well, get hit by some rocks in mid air, nearly be squeezed to unconscious and then get struck by a powerful lightning... had some trouble to get here, but finally did..."  Iron Wing answered. The nurses prepared a bed for her and the doctor wanted to do immediately treatment. Iron Wing turned to Draco and Colt. "I thank you two for escorting me here! See you later or tomorrow... perhaps...!" she said with a unsure smile on her face. Then the doctor and the nurses brought her into a treatment chamber. "Don´t wait for me!" she shouted to them before she vanished.

Sky Warden landed near the crowd of ponies and made his way through Rain. He glanced around and skimmed the ponies face before he walked closer to Rain, "I guess they're ready to continue. Offer them the last chance to spit their mind before you continue" He whispered to Rain. He just took two steps away before he turned back and whispered another thing, "Uhm...Rain. I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but...Would ye...Uhm...Do it quick because I have to...Ye know...I don't want to make her wait for a long time" He moved his foreleg in a weird gesture when he talked.

Sky sighed when he saw Rain flew away. He wanted to ask him for advices since he's the only pony who already knows his secret. He smirked when he realized that Rain flew to Hunters house, "Nay. Ye two have fun".
He flew home quickly and knocked the door. "Silly me, it's my house" He though as he opened the door, "Saphie, I'm home".

Earth Saphina just finished the dishes when she heard Sky called her name. she was glad that Sky returned so fast, she didn't like to wait and she was very spirited that day, "Oh hi Sky. I thought the meeting would be longer" she said as she trotted to the living room, "So...can we go now?".

Sky chuckled when he stared at the spirited mare in front of him, "Of course. Follow my lead" He said as he stepped aside and let Saphie walked out of the house. He shut the door behind him and led her towards the town hall, "How did you know that I had a sore throat this morning?".

 “There is no need he replied she is now in good hands, and on top of that im sure she is doing it to ease our wories” he said as turning around and putting on back on his hood, he walk to the counter and ask something to the nurse, then he walk back towards Draco and said “If you are going to wait for her you are just as stubborn as her… and you will also need something to eat, go grab something  thanks for all out there ” he said to the red pony as he turned around and went to the center of the town.

 

After some time walking over time and buying a pair of fruits for eating he noticed there was a big commotion in the park he catch the sight of some of the ponies who were on the storm and curiosity kicked in he closed by to listen he stood aside a tree to keep the low profile and listen to the pegasi reunion... "Good to see they are all OK" 

 

He then went back to Seet Apple Acress "Im sure the boss will kick my tail" we wispered as he walk towards the Apple Trees

"I heard you coughed last night while you were sleeping, so I made you that drink. why? it's working isn't it?" Saphie rose her eyebrow and smirked at Sky. she spotted something in the sky above them, flying up and down in a weird movement "Sky, look" she pointed at the flying pegasus.

Draco chuckled as he said "You don't know the O'mally delivery services do you?" Draco asked as he walked out. He left Iron Wing a note that said that he'll be back later. "Oh I need to make a delivery to Sweet Apple Acres a crate of oh my Ambrosia apples that's quite rare," Draco said aloud as he spread his wings. He began to whistle a tune as he began to do his usual routine of rading afew things.

"Well, aye. That really works. Ye are very good at that herbal thingy Saphie...What?", Sky rose his head and looked at the flying figure, "Well, that doesn't looks good". He sighed and glanced at Saphina "Wait here. I'm going to have it a look. I will be back in a grain o' sand". He jumped to the air and fluttered his wings hard.
He stared at the thin winged pegasus and snorted "Ahoy there! Ye need help?".

[Iron Wing 237]

Iron Wing got her armor off and the doctor started his treatment. It took him about one hour to heal and care about every wound Iron had on her body. A nurse was kind and brought Iron Wings armor to a blacksmith with a letter that it would takr about one day to repair it. It was a relief for the guardian pony to hear that. After the treatment she was released by the doctor who told her to get much sleep. Iron Wing also got Dracos message. She wrote a note for Draco and Colt that she was already headed home to get some rest like the doctor had told her.

 

After she got home Duran looked at her with sad eyes. Iron Wing knew what her little companion wanted to tell her, but she did not reply. She prepared him some foodvand went upstairs to her bedroom. She left the window open for some fresh air and laid down to get some rest. Of course it was very early in the morning and she didn't eat much, but all she could think about was getting some sleep. She had heard about a pegasus meeting but in her curent condition she didn't want to show up. Perhaps everything was better after her sleep. She could regenerate very fast but for now she just was comfortable with the big pile of pillows in her bed. It didn't take long to fall asleep.

Draco flew the sky slowly hunger slowed down his progress but he finally got the apple seeds "There we go now to get them to the Apple family," He said out loud as he dove out of the cloudline to get a view of the Sweet Apple Acres. "There it is thought I missed it," Draco said to himself. He landed infront of the gates. "Hello miss Applejack are you here?"

The fruit was tasty and the relaxing walk to “work” was a good way to leave all thet stress behind but the flesh some time can’t keep the pace to will and his body was feeling wearing out after so much this two days. “And is still bucking time ” he thought as he arrived to the Apple’s farm.

 

He walked straight to the house ready to get scolded and maybe worse by his boss after all he left during that storm for an entire day not to say he was way past over the check our.

 

Still what he found was more confusing than frightening his just departed acquatiance was chatting with h AppleJack at the front door.

Draco pulled out a crate that was small. "Now before you say anything miss Applejack," Draco said as he pulled off two talismans which made the crate larger. "There we go Ambrosia apples and you own them. Now I just need you to sign here, here, and here"Draco said as he used ventriliquism while he had his notepad in his mouth. He was using his hoof to point to the areas she was supposed to sign. When it was done, he tipped his head alittle then his stomach rumbled. He blushed slightly and said "Have a nice day miss Applejack but I've got other deliveries to do," he was about to fly off.

The orange pony was exited this delivery after all this where the seed samples she traded with Braeburn and could wait to get her hoofs on them "Thanks a million Mr. Omally, I’m sure this lil' ones will make some great tasty apples when they grow big and strong in the farm" 

 

"But just look what the mail brought with" AppleJack's face and voice changed instantly when she saw her worker entering the scene

 

“Hello boss…” Colt said as he saw Dacro taking off and paused as he felt the tempest coming his way “This is not going to be sweet? …right?”

"Actually miss Applejack he was with me and my friend Iron Wing. She hurt her wing so he and I escorted her through the Everfree forest. What I stuck around sheesh. Anyhow sorry about that but we were worried about our friend," Draco said as he landed again explaining what happened.

“Well I won’t say it was an escort but we do were worried about her, and took her to medical care”  Colt answered relieved in a way for the sudden back up of the courier.

 

“But Rainbow Dash told me there was a weird almost black shadow being beaten by the storm bolts yesterday, and non of you can foal me I know that was you” she said by pushing her hoof on the dragon’s chest.

 

“No one would try to fool you boss, at least not here, that was me but that was before she got injured” Colt said looking at her eyes with honesty and calm.

 

“Aw shucks, ok we talk this while work” she said as setting down the package and seting her stetson ready “You can excuse us right Mr Omally?, this lazy dragon and I have to buck some trees” she said as calling for Colt to the work field.

Earth Saphina followed Sky from the ground. she looked upside as Sky flew closer to the pegasus. she bit her lips when she saw that the pegasus didn't fly properly and Sky tried to see if the pegasus was okay. just after an accident yesterday, he had to face another danger, "Be careful Sky".

"Well miss Applejack I'll be off but you stay beautifull," Draco smiled flirtingly. He laughed as he flew away laughing. He loved to tease his customers sometimes. He also loved to flirt with his female customers also only when they were able to handle it.

Speedway looked back in surprise to see another Pegasus flying towards him. The sudden movement caught him off balance and his wings ceased to catch the strong winds.

While Iron Wing was asleep, her pet Duran kept everything going. He was very clever and started to clean up the mess that Iron Wing had created. After some time he went upstairs to have a look if she was ok. There she was lying on her bed, stocked within a huge pile of pillows, sleeping like a stone. The lynx jumped onto the bed to check if everything was right. Her little wounds and bruises she had taken under the armor were all patched up with bandages. He nodded and left her sleeping. He went further upstairs into the preparation room and jumped on the planning table. He pulled out the map and started his work of comparing the map she had used on her mission to adjust the map that was lying on the table. After all he had learned to help his owner with the work. And he wanted to see that funny dragon again to play with his tail. It sure was funny. Also the red pegasus was a nice one. The lynx smirked while thinking of Draco. Draco surely was a nice one, but the hole time he had stored Duran within his saddlebags, the lynx had taken his time to eat the tasty sandwiches Draco had stored in there. All Duran had left there was a note with an ink-stamp of his paw.

 

Perhaps Duran would visit Draco within the day to bring him something to eat. After all the lynx didn´t want to leave the pegasus completely hungry. But it was a nice prank eating all the sandwiches Draco had prepared. And the dragon had said that he was working at the Sweet Apple Acres. Duran would pay him a visit after he was finished with the work. Of course neither Draco nor the dragon would understand a wort of his meows, but Duran loved to talk. He finished the work and had a last check on his owner. After that he left the tower in the direction of Sweet Apple Acres.

Draco decided to walked to Ponyville slowly. He was humming a tune as he enjoyed the warmth of the sun. "Hmm i woner how Iron Wing is doing?" Draco asked to himself as he walked along the path. He looked at the tower slightly. "Maybe I can get lucky in love," Draco muttered to himself.

“Well those are surely nasty ones ” Applejack said as Colt showed her the after match of the bolt shower he got the day before on the storm. “You have to be crazy to go out and look for that”

 

“It was me or them that’s was a choice any one would have taken” he said as they were setting the a wide load of apples baskets in a chariot.

 

“You surely say a lot of stupid things” she replied with a mix of anger and worry in her face.

 

“Its not stupid boss, is how the world is, the best dragon is the gone dragon… that’s how it is” he said looking away from her as he pulled the chariot. “Now wait just a sec” the apple brand mare replied.

 

“You know is true…” Colt interrupted her “…Even your friend Rainbow Dash suspected I was the one behind that crazy storm, didn’t she?”

 

That shook her like she was the one being bucked “Well that’s because she don’t know you.”

 

“And neither do you..” Colt said before an abrupt stop as he knew his words were harsh “… im sorry boss… Applejack, I know you Ms Sparkle and your other friends are different, maybe this whole town is but… my kind brought this to me I cant change I was born a dragon and I the world wont change even if I was taken down by those lightings… But the lost of those weather ponies maybe even your friend Dash would have been a terrible result for a storm…” he said this as he closed the barn with Applejack speechless listening to him.

 

“You don’t have to feel bad, that’s how it is Im glad they are fine after all the call of the strong is to support the week and that’s a call I will take again any time.” he concluded while closing the barn wooden door.

 

“Just… Just value yourself a bit more ok” the earth pony said as the work was done.

 

He look to the sun over the hills and noticed a little lynx coming his way … “Duran?”
