This is REALLY good! There's not too much I can point out that is wrong with it, aside from Pinkies body at the bottom having no outline, but that doesn't really matter. 

 

Can I ask a quick question? Did you trace it from the show some how or make it from scratch? (I'm a complete noob at vector art and I want to get better)

Oh my, the squiggly straw and the squinting eyes are a fantastic touch!  Great job, as usual!  I'll be making my way now to your Rainbow Dash vector; and of course, I highly anticipate your Derpy vector, as I'm sure you can tell just by looking at my avatar!!!

I made a trace from sweetiebell then made adjustments to accommodate it for full grown mare, them make wings and horn and pow a template i can use as a base the i just trace thing like the eye and mane from other images pretty simple. but honestly i still have a lot to improve on

thats a really cute pinkie pie vector! looks exactly like a smoothie pinkie pie would get, especially with the curly straw
