Another voice... Who is this one? I can't seem to recall...

 

Man, this light is is getting farther and farther... I want to see what's at the end, but it's like something is holding me back from doing that... 

 

I wonder if Star would want to see what this light is... I bet whatever is at the end of it is truly amazing... 

 

Maybe Star and I can both see what the light is together... I love being with her... I love her...

After a few minutes Stacy watched as they carried Stars and Sombers limp bodys. *Are they even alive? I hope so, i dont want to lose anypony right now.* she thought to herself. Stacy got up and couldnt take it anymore, she had to leave. So thats what she did. She left the area and went to a large tree and curled up under it. "Why? After i find out that rose chose me, why did this have to happen? I may have possibly lost two friends." She said quietly to herself. "Why did this trip have to go badly?"

(OOC: Sorry, I've been busy.)

 

Rose helped Moonbeam wash the blood off of Star. It washed out easily in the warm, clean water. Other than a few nicks and scrapes, Star was completely fine. "She must have been in shock," Rose guessed.

 

She moved over to where Spark and Firecracker were tending to Somber. He really was in horrible condition, with several bloody spots around his coat, and his wing... "Well, thank Celestia he isn't bleeding from his head..." She started to try and bind up the worst of his wounds, a large gash in his side, right below the joint of his wing.

Scamps sat down next to Airy. "It's okay," she whispered. "I understand. I'm not exactly willing to share some stories, either." She said, thinking of the reason she was afraid of fire. "But, if this is what makes you fly again...."

 

She then stopped as her ears perked up. She could hear screaming and crying. She turned to Airy. "The others...they're in trouble." Scamps scooped Airy up and flew towards the sounds. "Sorry, bit we have to help them!" She said.

 

She saw Star and Somber in the pools. "Hey! What happened?" She called down worridely.

"Oh, hey are you Scamps? Just checking, But anyway they were rocked in a cave, so I made some sort of bomb to blow up the rocks and free them. But in the process, Somber got hit by a big rock, and Star had fainted from the sight of blood." Firecracker tried to explain to Scamps as he was helping Spark put Somber in the pool.

More ponies around... And... What is this? Water? It's hot... I'm being put down in the springs? It's so warm....

 

I wonder of that light down there has springs... This one feels so nice right now... I want Star to be next to me... Her company would really make me happy right now. 

 

Huh? What's this feeling? Something is near my wing... Like, it's being patched or something? I can't move my wing or my hooves... I guess I'm just a floating corpse to these weird ponies here... 

 

But, I really want to see that light more... It's so pretty... Like Star is... I wish I could sing her another song...

Star slowly awoke... Or did she. "Wh-Where am I ?" She muttered standing up from what seemed to be the ground and looking at her surroundings. "Am I dead ? No, I cant be... than I guess im  just asleep... But why is it just black... this cant be a dream... and who is that ?" She thought, Staring at a figure off in the distance. 

Star walked towards the figure only to realize. "S-Somber ? No, This has to be a dream... We are back on the island... What are you looking at ?" She asked, walking up next to him.

 

 

(OOC: So Somber and Star are both connected... I dunno, All that special somepony finding who you really love stuff.)

*Oh, Star! I'm glad you're here! ^hugs^ I found this light all the way down there. I wanted to go towards it, but you weren't with me... Now you are! Lets go, honey! *starts to walk off towards the light, happy and carefree, then turns back* What's the matter? Why do you look like that way? Is something bothering you?*

Star stared at the spot where Somber was walking. "I... I don't see any light... Somber." Star stared at Somber with a worried look. "Somber don't... We're still at the beach... We aren't here, We shouldn't be here... We need to find a way to wake up." She said, Looking around hoping to see an exit sign.

*You don't see the light? Weird. You're missing out on the prettiness here! But, I guess it can wait as long as I'm with you. *hugs again* Why would we try to find a way out? I love this place! It's so open and big! I feel really happy here! Almost as happy as when I met you!*

Stacy got up from under the tree and walked around a bit. Her mind grew bored and did what it always did. Made her want to jump off a cliff or something, even crave alcohol. But she couldnt do any of those things now...not with Rose around. She let out a sigh and went back to the hot springs. When she got there Star and Somber were in the hot springs with Rose tending to Somber. Stacy walked up to them and said quietly, "Umm, is there anything i can do to help?" Her voice was emotionless. As well the way she stood and the look in her eyes, all deprived of emotion.

Rose looked up, from where she was almost done with the bindings just under Somber's wing. When she saw the dead look in Stacy's eyes, her own eyes grew concerned. "Stacy... are you alright?" She gazed at Stacy intently for a few moments, and said, "Well, I suppose you could finish binding this wound for me... I need to give him some herbs..." She was obviously worried about Stacy,  but figured it would be good for Stacy to have something to do. She opened her satchel and began to sort through the herbs in it quietly.

Stacy simply nodded and finished wraping the bandage around sombers body. She then backed away a few steps and sat down, letting out a depressed sigh. "Anything else?" She again asked quietly. Her ears stayed in a flatened postion on her head. She didnt even bother to look around, just stared at the dirt benethe her hoofs. After a few seconds she finally peered up catching Roses worried gaze.

Scamps flew down and set Airy aside. "Is there anything we can do to help? Star...she was a good friend of mine..." Realizing that she was acting as if Star was dead, Scamps quickly corrected herself. "Is....Star is a good friend of mine. Anyways, I don't know much about medicine and healing, but if you showed me something, I'm sure Airy and I could help."

[Miss Light Diamond 2,802]

*Somber... I need you to promise me something... If I wake up... I need you to promise me that you Wont go towards that light... We are going to help you and we are going to get you healthy again." She hugged him tightly. "Somber... I love you." She closed her eyes, And leaned her head on his chest as a tear rolled down her cheek.

*Huh? The light is bad? I don't understand... And I'm not healthy? This is too confusing.. But, I promise. I love you too, Star. Light or no light.*

 

He hugs her back, kissing her on the forehead.

 

*Wait. You're asleep? But you're awake? And I'm awake... What had happened? I don't get it...*

[Miss Light Diamond 2,802]

"You were hit by a boulder, Somber... I kinda fainted, But you aren't doing well... Er, Before I fainted... I dont want to loose you." She hugged him tighter. "And I think... We are sharing a dream... Like that movie... Inception. I dont want you to leave me." She said, Wiping a few tears from her cheeks.

All of a sudden, he could feel something fade from his arms. Star... She was fading away... Away from him...

 

((OOC: I don't mean for power play, but this is where Star wakes up from her fainting. And I'm off to sleep. Good night now.))

"Somber... SOMBER, DONT GO TO THE LIGHT." Star screamed, Suddenly awaking in the hot spring. "I...Wha... Somber.... Where."  She stared at the ponies sitting around her. "Where is he... Where Is Somber." She asked, Looking up at Rose. "I Need To See Him, Now." She said, trying to climb out of the spring.

Scamps watched as Star woke up. "Hey," Scamps said calmly. "How are you feeling? Listen, I don't know how you got trapped or why you were in a dangerous cave, but I do know this; you're my friend, and I'm going to help you." She then paused, and asked, "Is there anything you need?"

Rose shifted her eyes from Stacy to Star. Immediately worried by the look on her face, Rose hurried over to Star's side and braced her. She looked like she was about to fall over. "Star... Somber's over here. He's pretty beat up. I've been trying, but I can't get him awake." She lead Star, still bracing the unsteady pegasus, over to Somber, who was lying at the edge of a neighboring pool. She picked out a few herbs from the small pile she had separated earlier, and started to poke them into his mouth, which was ajar.

As Rose took Star over to somber Stacy assumed she wasnt needed anymore. Getting to her feet she looked around, not really looking for anyrhing but just looking. The whole place was trashed. Stars blood ran in the stream as did Sombers in another. It didnt bother her anymore but she found herself continually looking back at Rose. Once again Stacy longed for Littlehops company.

Rose dropped Star off besides Somber, and once she was done poking herbs into the unconscious fellow's mouth and helping him swallow, she got up, figuring that Star would want to spend time with him by herself, maybe even tend to him some more. Looking around, she saw Stacy standing some distance away, looking out of place, and looking at her.

 

Rose made her way over to Stacy, and looked her full in the eyes. Stacy's were sad, but Rose couldn't understand why. "What's wrong?" she asked, gently.

Star gently lay her head on top of Somber and whispered. "I know you probably cant hear this but... I love you Somber, I love you and I need you to stay here... Don't leave me." She said, tears running down her face. 

"Please... Celestia... Luna... Whoever, Just let him be ok." She thought, Staring up at the evening sky.

Bright Spark hadnt been helping anypony with this. Not only due to the fact he didnt know what to do, but also because he was thinking about his own life. His fedora, which he had totally forgot about, was 3 different shades of blue red and orange, Nerv depression and anger. He snuck away from the group, and went off to climb the nearest mountain.
