So I forgot to post this. I did this about a month ago for some filming students at my college who were doing a documentary on bronies. They filmed me for about 2 hours as I film this. I think its around 3 by 1 and half feet and done with acrylic paint. I know the cup looks really bad...

That's very impressive.  It's amazing how much character acrylic paints can add to a piece.  I really like her expression too.  It's part inquisitive, part fierce.

I'd rather watch this kind of art all day long than to see those "modern art" in museums.I really like the simplistic style and the plain black background.

Thanks  I think I could have done a lot more with it like cleaning up some details but it was already 2 hours in and I think the camera crew were getting tired. My art professor gave me a weird look when he saw me painting it though lol

Omygosh! That's awesome! I wish that I could paint like that... The table's shape is a bit inconsistent around the cup, though. I've been told that I'm a bit picky.

Yeah your right about the table. I spent most of the time on Rarity's face and then quickly painted in the rest. Could have planned the table out a little more.

I just wish I had the artistic skill to paint stuff like that  But I really want to learn GFX art as well

This is just amazing.

My jaw dropped when I saw this I couldn't believe how good this looks!

Rarity is lovely isn't she....geez man this is just really good!

I hope to see more paintings in the future!
