Just as a general question, do you draw the art regularly first then resize it or just draw it as pixel art first?

I can do normal art. But I just draw these as pixels first. Drawing normally takes me longer. Pixels are quick and sweet :3 I am in the mood to make pixel art, not sure why though xD
