The Avalanches

If any of you haven't heard of The Avalanches it's worth checking out. Let's just say the whole album is an experience and should be heard from beginning to end, all the way through.

Yeah, I like these guys. It's a shame that they still haven't given us a second album, though. Since I Left You was great.

In terms of plunderphonics as a heard, The Avalanches are often the only band one hears. Which is strange, because the genre as a whole seems interesting.

The Avalanches are AMAZING. One of my favorite groups on Modular Records (along with Tame Impala and Wolfmother) But these guys have brought up a new and unique way of producing music through a synchronized process. That is why listening to the album Since I Left You is better when you listen to the whole part because every song connects with each other through out the album.

 

Since I Left You and Run DNA are my favorite songs, along with a few others.
