Well all, it seems it is finally time! I just have to give you a few last details of the RP.

 

We'll all start in Canterlot, all attenting a very fancy, well known private school. As stated in the opening remarks in my first post, this is an AU thousands of years in the future, and Equestria has seen much change. Some unseen force, while remaining dormant all this time, terrorizes ponies everywhere. The mysterious school our characters attend doubles as an incredibly active agency under the guidance of the fabled Gaurdians of Harmony (the Mane 6 from MLP). The "school" part is meerly a disguise to keep the public fooled. Of course, the only problem is.....

The "students" don't know either.

The "field trip" our ponies attend is an investigation into the city once known as Delvia, a popular tourist attraction.

It now doubles as a nice little corner of Hell.

Soomething happened there, something nopony can explain. Something awful. Our characters are taken to this cursed city to "investigate" and "learn"

Oh they have no idea what they're in for, and what Conspiracys await them once they arrive.....

 

 

Its an odd storyline. Secret agents who....dont know....they're secret agents....

The concept is a darker Equestrian society. No one has seen the Princesses since the mysterious force began to plague all of Equestria. With them gone, or should I say, "out of the way", their leadership was foisted over to unworthy candidate after unworthy candidate, twisting the beautiful world we know into something strange and terrible.

A society where the monarch hides things.

A society that decieves the public.

A society that created Devlia in the first place......

Precisely. Though you needn't necessarily base your powers on your zodiac sign. Tarot cards can also be based on personnel birth dates. For example. While the libra's tarot is Justice, my personal cards are the Chariot and the Tower (an odd combination) and my Major Arcana is the High Priestess. Or you could simply take your pick out of the whole deck....

well, id kinda like the use of dark magic, though it will have to be used in a diffrent manner since hes a pegasus, i figure either through concentration, or use of his hooves.

the World card is about, first, completion and competency. The querent may have

come to the end of a long-term project or graduated from a field of study. There

is the feeling that they have hit all the points of the circle. There will be

well-earned praise, celebration and success. This is not, like Death, the end of something, but rather a change in

frequency. From student to teacher, from apprentice to master. The querent has

finished their first go-around and goes right into another spin as a

professional.

From what I can understand. The World is luck. Inducing success for the querent's own benefit, and thus, ensuring a profitable life and favorable terms. So, likely, the character would have the power of Luck, controlling the enviornment around them for a certain benefit. Like say, causing certain monsters and dark beings to simultaneiously "forget" they'd ever met you.

Note that not all Tarot abilities are usually seen as "powers" but do come across as handy in this particular story line....

i kinda like that too XD, i think he can have that, but wont know it x3, dark magic is the only thing he knows about.

I'm currently working out what card fit with my character.  I'm going by Zodiac (Aries) and Planetary (Mars) after some research.  I have the following so far:

Thanks.  I think the magician fits my character more since she's a unicorn.    This makes sense though.  I'll go with the magician since it fits most of the traits I had given her in the first place.

Basicly, we enter a darker, more despairing Equestria. A place now ruled by an unknown iron fist. All in all, the charming and fancy private "school" our characters attend is a secret facility designed and lead by the Guardians of Harmony (the now Immortal Mane 6) It is a facility for special ponies (you'll find out just what makes them special as the plot continues to unravel) While these "special" ponies are examined and tested, such things are done to them WITHOUT their knowledge. They've no idea just how powerful they are. They only just begin to realize this when they are delivered into the very heart of Delvia to complete a task they know nothing about.....

Well then, i'l just tell you that the "other characters" is just another word to refer to the Antagonists of this story. And though I will be portraying them now and then and whenever the moment calls for them, they will remain a mystery for the moment......

 

 

Let's just say you're all in for a couple of surprizes......
