Lila paused for a second, "Some potions have a natural color but sometimes I add coloring so I can easily organize my potions and it helps for quick recognition. Fire spells give me headaches when a spell becomes incomplete, so I color it orange to represent fire. Its usually just a light teal color." she replied as she felt the throbbing ease away. "But no, I don't like magic enhancers. They're temporary fixes and have nasty side effects, most of the time. Plus they're addictive." Lila sat for a few more minutes, resting her head on Arrows shoulder.

Arrow hears her explain the potion and how she adds color to it. "thats smart." He replied. then heard about the Addictive side and gave a chuckle. "like steroids?" He asked and wrapped a hoof around her holding Lila close. "Any other spells you wanted to try?" He levitated a book that was on the ground and looked it over. "Heummm..." Whatever happened between you and Cascade in the past is history, and I shouldn't have gotten involved. I guess I was trying to protect Cascade, but she doesn't need it. I was just saying what I wanted to believe was in her head. I was afraid that she would fall for you again and leave me so that you two could get back together. He turned to Cascade, "And I need to apologize to you to Cascade. I know it made you uncomfortable when you saw me blow my fuse at Star, and then I just made it worse when I put you on the spot like that. I'm so sorry. I don't know what I was thinking. Night Song got some cereal and ate at the same booth table as Shade. As she ate, she wondered what exactly piqued that stallion's interest in her friend. "Shade, what was it about you that was so interesting him?" she asked inquisitively.

 

Shade didn't really know what was so interesting about herself... "I really don't know... All he said was that there was something special about me... I'm not sure if he's referring to me being a halfling, but that's all he said... And I can tell that he like 'likes' me, because I felt l was getting energy from being around him... I don't know if its a changeling thing or not but it felt weard... I should get to class now... Later!"

 

Shade said as she trotted off to flight class.

When Diamond finished helping her student put out the fire, she looked up at a clock on the wall. "Ok Everypony. Grab a container from the cupboard and pack up all your stuff. Feel free to take it back to your dorm...I know with all the studying and classes its sometimes tough to find the time to cook...Just don't forget to bring back the containers when you're finished." She smiled at her class and started cleaning up the kitchen.

She smiled and grabbed it, "This is my spell book, or one of them at least." she said eyeing the pile of books she had pulled from her bag. Lila then opened the book to a random page. She could barely see the illumination of the fire through the thick smoke. Luckily the training room had glass walls around it so the university didn't get filled with the smoke. But when she thought things couldn't get worse, the alarms went off and the sprinkler turned on. *great*

"Alright," Typhoon casually said. He did as instructed and headed out. Well that was quick. Then again, she had a point about the studying thing. Sure does take up a lot of time. Is it a point if she doesn't address it directly? He drifted off into his mind while heading to his dorm. Sh*t. Still got another class to go, but I don't know what to do with this container. Guess I could fly, but I hope I don't hit anypony. At that, Ty took off in the hallway not too fast. In about a minute, he made it to his dorm. Alright, gotta put this in a place where Opal isn't bothered I put it in. He looked around and his eyes found no other place than on his bed. Guess this'll have to do. After he put the container on his bed, he stood at the threshold of the room. Alright, so next class is... @, flight, right. Kudos to me for still having time to spare. Whilst he thought this, he trotted off to flight class, ironically.

Apprehension momentarily began to grip Cascade again, but she managed to suppress it, and looked from colt to colt happily. She wouldn't have to break up with Rambler after all to ensure their friendship... hopefully. All the same, she had the tact to not to embrace either of them at the moment. She still wanted to clear up her situation with Keeper, though. She thanked her lucky stars that things had turned out alright. And she smiled.

When Rambler saw a smile break out on Cascade's face, he felt a surge of relief. Maybe he hadn't completely lost his chance with Cascade, after all. Not only that, but maybe he could end up being friends with Star, even after everything that had happened between them.

Diamond tapped NIghtfall on the shoulder as the rest of the students left the kitchen.

When they were the only two left, she kissed him very passionately.

After a moment, she leaned back at smiled. "I have wanted to do that for the whole class now." She smiled, Then jumped as the fire alarm went off and water poured from the ceiling. "What the buck ?" She muttered, now soaked from head to hoof.

Lila took center stage and thought for a second. Her horn began to glow a bright red flame, but didn't start the spell. After a few more seconds her horn burned brighter and the room was suddenly filed with a thick black smoke. Lila coughed after completing the spell as the smog filled her lungs. She quickly threw up dome shields over both her and Arrow, which were made of fire (of course). "Well *cough*, never doing that one again... *cough* Are you ok?" she asked unsure if Arrow was ok. Lila tried to hold a laugh that was trying to escape. When he went out the door she followed him and stopped when she came to the pile of books, which were now soaking wet. Her heart dropped seeing them. They were her favorite books given to her buy her grandmother, who was also a necromancer, and loved dearly. Nightfall had saved his soup before Diamond kissed him. It was a good kiss. The only thing was, almost as soon as she broke it, the fire alarms went of. He opened his wings, a bit too late, and covered her, magically grabbing his dish.

The unicorn was uncomfortable already being around this pair of ponies, but then she got very scared when one of them casted a smokescreen spell. She started to cough and she casted her water shield spell over herself. However, she was completely surrounded with smoke and couldn't find her way through. Her spell began to weaken as she got more tired and tired and smoke began to seep through. She stopped casting her shield spell and just ran in a random direction, but then she remembered a spell. As she began to cast it, it didn't just appear right there. It started off small and slowly grew larger, pushing the smoke out of the windows. But that spell costed her her energy and she collapsed, completely exhausted.

Air Opal ventured in the direction of the smoke, the possibility of a fire all too evident. He couldn't put it out, but he could contain it in a certain area until all the students escaped. Sometimes it made him sad that hew as always so calm, he rarely felt the thrill of things other ponies were always screaming about. He preferred to take care of the matter and then leave it behind. As he rounded a corner, he saw a pony on the ground and a last puff of smoke leaving the window, with no fire around, as well as two other ponies a small distance away looking at... something. A quick glance, well, of everything in front of him confused him a slight bit. "Aha, no fire. I suppose I'm not of need here then?"

Sweets would say nothing to that little tidbit. Tear jerker? I can't stand to see other ponies sad. I'll definitely make it a point to meet this girl. She smiled lightly to her own idea, walking over to her finished pieces of work. There was what seemed to be a canvas, covered in a tarp. She wouldn't even go near it. Instead, she pulled out her more cartoony sketches, and some bits of realism she had jotted down. "I don't know if I'm an artist..." she blushed. But, she was actually very good.

Sweets would shake her head at Night Shimmer's praise. The shade was going to give the mare a fat head. Usually her cousin Goldilocks wouldn't really pay attention, so she had a lot of alone time. But she always liked it when her work got praised. The orange pegasus' mouth was closed, but her ears were wide open. Her bright green eyes would fly open in shock. And her light heart sank deep into her stomach... She knew how deep the ocean of sadness could be, and how one pony alone couldn't tread those murky waters. 

 

It swallows you whole... Drowns you... I could never imagine going through the things she's describing. Having nopony.

 

Sweets sighed gently, looking around her half of what should have been a shared dorm. It was probably so lonely. How hurt this-this Lite must have been. She smiled. I promised myself to make other ponies happy. No one deserve such sadness. "She..." the mare searched for words. "She sounds like a nice girl. I can't wait to meet her sometime."

Arrow saw Lila go to help another pony, He waited still giggly and as she helped her out he started prance ready to run again. He heard say 'come on arrow' as she left with a mare on her back. "who the hell is that?" He asked giggly running or walking with her.

"I don't know but she needed help." Lila said watching Arrow prance around and giggling. "Arrow, now is not the time to be all goofy. Settle down." she said sternly, but she didn't want to make him feel bad. Its just that now wasn't a good time to be all happy and silly. If it wasn't for that one pony who cleared the smoke they could have all died from breathing in the smoke. *I hope she is ok. I don't want someone to die because of me*
