[Miss Light Diamond 2,802]

Lite's eyes widened at the thought of doing all those things with ponies... It must have sounded amazing.to do all those things. 

 

"Sounds great! And you said after breakfast, right? Ooh, this is going to be so amazingly FUN!", she exclaimed.

Diamond nodded. "It will be loads of fun. Plus if you feel like dropping by the Drama class again, I have something fun planned for today. It will come in hoofy for prom." She sipped some more of her tea, then she stood up and opened her closet. She pulled out a couple scarves, two coats, a few pairs of boots, and some hats. "You are welcome to wear anything that you like." She said, changing into a warm pair of pants, putting on the coat, and wrapping a scarf around her neck. she also put on a warm wool hat.

Cascade woke pleasantly. Her mane was slightly longer than it had been a few months ago, and this morning her wings were feathery, but other than that, she was the same Cascade she always was. She made to sit up and stretch, and bumped her head on the ceiling. Oh, yeah. She had forgotten, she had raised her bed so she could use the space under it. She looked over at the still-snoozing Lila sleepily, then turned her gaze to the window. It took her eyes a moment to register what they were seeing, but when they had, she had leapt out of bed in a flutter of feathers and pressed her muzzle against the window to see the ground blanketed by a fresh, white snow. She never really got to see snow, considering how far south Las Pegasus was. Her heart beat excitedly. Oh, everything was going just wonderfully.

Lila slowly woke to a slightly chilly room. She looked over to find that Cascade was still fast asleep, so she decided to start heating up the room. Lila got out of the bed and her horn ignited a dim flame as she began to heat the air. She didnt bother to turn on any of the lights or open the curtains so she wouldnt wake Cascade and the light from her horn was more than enough for her tired eyes. Lila went to the window and move the curtain out of the way slightly so she could take a peek out side. She almost fell over from the brightness from out side, but when her eyes adjusted she saw snow. "Ugh..." Lila accidentally said out loud. She took a quick glance over her shoulder and found cascade still asleep. *That could have been close* she thought to herself walking away from the window.

Lila woke to the sound of someone else waking up. She got up and... wait... why couldnt she get up? Lila began to panic as she looked around. She could see everything clearly and there were some dark figures approaching her. *Whats going on?* she thought to herself as the figures got closer. "Cascade!" she called out quietly hopping her friend was near by.

It will come in hoofy for prom." She sipped some more of her tea, then she stood up and opened her closet. She pulled out a couple scarves, two coats, a few pairs of boots, and some hats. "You are welcome to wear anything that you like." She said, changing into a warm pair of pants, putting on the coat, and wrapping a scarf around her neck. she also put on a warm wool hat.

 

Nightfall woke up earlier than normal. He shivered, then noticed a brighter light coming into his room. He looked outside and saw snow. He jumped up, shocked at first, then delighted. He didn't think class would be held today. He quickly found warm clothes and went out to knock on Diamond's door. He heard voices inside, waiting a moment before knocking. He knocked, then waited, still excited.

Lite slowly stopped her sniffling, and dried up her tears, looking at Diamond. "Th-thanks, Di...", she simply said, as she went and hugged her for a few seconds. "That sort of cheered me up... Oh, h-hi, Nightfall...", she mumbled over to them both, as she finished putting on her clothes.

"Well, I don't know, but ir was prettt cool!" Slide said to the mare. " don't think we've met." Slide said. "I'm Slide Grease. Slide, for short." He said as he held out his hoof for the mare to shake. "Why, what's your name?" He asked, grinning rather cheesily. He, so far, was just playfully flirting; nothing serious. After all, waht good were emotions?

A dream after weeks. Full of rainbows, sunshine and... green ooze.
Everything was blurry.
Coco slowly opened her eyes, seeing the green ooze above her.
"What just happened?" asked the slime pony. Coco got on her hooves. "Please.. don't tell me..." Coco shoke her head, feeling that she can't believe the reality. The reality wasn't real. "When... I mean.. How?" she trotted in circle, feeling despair. "I know you were alive all the time, but.."
"Sorry. I didn't want to scare you.." said the slime pony sadly. "Your care just gave me a will and power to grow and control myself more. You are the only living being I saw so far.. So I formed myself into this similar form.. Have I done.. something wrong?" asked the slime pony, with sadness and self-disappointment.
"No no no no no... I just.. don't know what I'm going to do, that's all." she said, still desperate, and patted gently the slime ponys head. "I think I'll call you Dann-"
"No.. I can't use this name.."
"Slimy. Not very original, but catchy. Please, stay here and don't go anywhere, you hear me? Don't go ANYWHERE. I'll go get you something to eat." she looked around. She took a bunch of books and put them in front of Slimy. "Here, entertain yourself." she patted Slimy's head once again, put on her winter boots and scarf and left the room. She trotted on the corridor with a plan to visit a small shop and buy some food for her and her new roommate.

Cascade sat, gazing out the window as if transfixed by the snow, when her ears detected a peculiar muttering. She heard her name. Glancing around, she saw that the room was still empty apart from her and Lila, whose ears and eyelids were twitching. She was clearly dreaming, and Cascade got the feeling she was not enjoying a minute of it. So she trotted over to the sleeping pony's side, and nudged her gently. "Hey, you alright?" She asked uncertainly.

Lila felt something against her and then a familiar voice. The dark figures started to fade away and she saw cascade next to her. Letting out a sigh a relief Lila looked around and everything clear. She moved her hooves and slowly got up, worry and fear on her face. "I... i..." she looked around one more time, "Yeah, i think so." Lila then began to go through it again making mental notes of the symptoms. She finally came to the conclusion of Lucid Dreaming. Something that happened to her every now and then.

Appletart skips around the corner to her dorm room. She thinks of what dress she will wear to the upcoming prom. '' Darn gone it, I don't know what dress to wear to the prom.''  '' I barely even have a colt to take me to the prom.''

 

She starts prancing around in a circle, wondering about the prom. She looks in her closet, for a dress. Looking at this shiny diamond dress to wear to the prom. '' Perfect!''  She finds some diamond shoes under the dress in the closet. '' This will do just fine.''

Diamond gave Lite a tight hug and stood up. She looked at Nightfall and smiled. "We were just about to go get some breakfast...And yea...Most of the classes will probably be canceled. "Yeah, yeah, im fine really. It was just... just a dream." Lila said before Cascade turned to the window. "Well of course there's going to be classes. There shouldn't be a reason we wont." she said trotting up to Cascade and looked outside and saw the snow. "Oh... thats why." her tone dejected. The only plus side is that she had more time for her homework she still had to complete.

Hearing voices from inside Cascade and Lila's room, Rambler decided to see if Cascade wanted to go get some breakfast with him. Having been fairly close to her room, Rambler had heard Diamond saying something about classes being canceled, and if he was getting a day off, he wanted to make the most of it.

 

He knocked on Cascade and Lila's door.

 

"Cascade, are you awake? I overheard something about classes being canceled and I was wondering if you wanted to go get some breakfast", as an afterthought he added, "Lila can come too."

Nightfall was hit, accidentally sending the ball he had made straight towards Lite with no warning. He then fell down into some deep snow, fully covering him up. He lay there, trying to figure out what had just happened. He shook his head, blinking, then realized a big white blob above him, falling down. Before he could speak up, he was fully imbedded in the snow.

Well, this is odd... How do they make it into balls? Hmm... Ah, I think I know...

 

Immediately, a snowball the size of Nightfall was made by her magic, as Lite chucked it right at Nightfall in the for of a pop fly. "HEADS UP, NIGHTFALL!", she yelled out with a bit of laughter.

Cascade looked at Lila with concern, sensing that despite her claims to the contrary, something was up. "Sure, but I might be a while," she called towards the door before looking back at Lila. "Hey..." Cascade began awkwardly, speaking softly now. "You can talk to me, okay? You know that, right?"
