I'd include Homestuck. It's waned a bit since the Gigapause started over a year ago, but it's still a well-known and more-or-less active fandom.

I'd seen alot less of them, even the avatars.

I don't think it should. But they're securely one of the loudest.

Well, it says ever. I can guarantee that the fandom was pretty sizable at one point. At least as large as some of the other fandoms already listed in this thread, But the comic's been paused for over a year now, it's starting to quiet down a bit.

 

It'll probably explode again once Hussie posts the last pages of the comic.

Hes been writing the entire rest of the comic to release at once, instead of in small installments. Hes also been helping work on the new video game.

 

When that update finally comes the site is totally gonna crash.

 Biggest fandom I think are MLP, Doctor Who, Comic Books, Star Wars, Star terk, harry Potter, and Anime

The franchises that have been around a very long time have had plenty of time to spawn massive fandoms (Doctor Who, Star Wars, etc). The MLP fandom in comparison is almost comparable in numbers after only five years.

I'd vouch to say the Sonic fandom remains relatively large despite there not being a groundbreakingly awesome Sonic game released in years.
