My goal was to first use the RD file to get myself more active. As of right now though i just do it just so i can alter my personality to make my life better.

Well i started with the RD file first but that didn't get me to be more active....actually it made me more cocky. Then i went to the pinkie file but that made me way to hyper. I then tried twilight, rarity and aj but they didn't give the full effects. Finally i decided that having Fluttershy's kindness would help me in life so i did that file. That file i could relate to since i still have a little shyness in me and i'm someone who dislikes hatred and conflict

I don't know if I'm missing something, but I can't find the actual "hypnosis" is it a video? Is it audio? I don't understand, can somepony point me in the right direction?

It is an audio file you can find on hypnoponies.net. You have to register on that site and get approved to access the files. Otherwise you can find some of the files on youtube by typing in "pony hypnosis"

Well when they come out with the flight one perhaps that will be good. Since the closest thing we can do that is running and feeling the air that way.

From what I heard its not recommended to try that but I suppose if you listened to the twilight one again you could write down how its spoken, then just change words around so its mostly the same, then read it listening to the file without voice, or you can try and record your voice then overlap ti with the music, then listen to that, but they don't recommend it. And remember a trigger phrase should be something you won't hear in every day conversation. But perhaps try the spa or flight one imagining your oc instead.

sweet celestia i just finished doing the flight file and it was the most amazing thing ever. That was also the fastest i've went into the fluttershy state. Maybe I'll try again soon. When I did it before, I had INCREDIBLE bad internet, so the vid would stop half way through, even after letting it buffer for 3 hours...

Yeah, no. Don't ever do that, as it's once again EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TO TRY AND MAKE YOUR OWN FILE WITH NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE SUBJECT.

 

I don't know how many times I have to say this.

 

Don't try things without knowing how to do them, or knowing if it's safe to do so. If it's not, then don't do them.

I went to bed after the Twilight file, though I didn't complete it because I felt tired.  I feel indescribably weird.  I've been having really weird dreams, though they aren't MLP related.  I don't really feel any of the changes except that it's hard to walk.

"In restless dreams I walked alone. . ."  Yeah, it's weird, but even though I think I was asleep, I was still tired.  As for the content of the dreams, it was like two stories of Silent Hill alternating, if that makes any sense, but it wasn't really a nightmare.  It's hard to describe.  

I'm going to try the Twilight file again right now to see what comes of it.

As many times as i try, i just cant get it to work.

 

I can literally lie on my bed for 2+ hours with the file on loop and still, nothing happens.

Either i'm doing it wrong. Or i'm just not subjectable to hypnosis.

This looks fun but I don't think I'll ever be able to try it, recently me and my sister got our own rooms but she dosnt seem to understand the concept of "When the door is closed and I tell you to leave the room 13 times you are supposed to leave the bucking room!" Long story short, she thinks that she's still allowed to walk into my room whenever she damwell feels like it even when I tell her otherwise. I don't want her walking in on me while I'm trying to do this

Hello everypony, it's time for my update.

 

I'm still listening Moondust's Twilight file. I made a progress with understanding file and now I haven't got problems with whispering. Luckily.

 

I have no new changes even when I improved the number of listening the file (yesterday it was 3 times). During file I'm feeling transformation, sometimes I can't stop myself from imaginating this. But after the file I don't feel changes and even trigger isn't helping...

Once I made it and listened the file to the end. But usually I have got problems with keeping myself in trance to the end - my body is demanding any move. Sometimes it's just leg, sometimes an arm, sometimes something other... As I mentioned lastly, I haven't had those problems with any previous hypnosises.

 

To be honest, with AJ file I was the closest to the effects, but there hypnosis wasn't done in 100% too. Sometimes I think that I am like Twilight - I'm too much sure about who I am and what I should do or not among people, so I can't be hypnotised.

But I won't come back to AJ file. I need to be consistent. And in Twi file is a background music. A very nice background music. Linds likes it

 

EDIT: Wow, now that was something... after adding this post in internet c@fe, I've decided to make my way to one shop. All the way I was thinking about myself that I'm Twilight. I couldn't do anything with those feeling. It went away, when I made some more steps from game shop to tobacco shop. 

I could easily talk as myself, think as myself, but I couldn't not-think about that I am or I'm looking like Twilight. Back trigger wasn't helping and there weren't used start trigger. 

I NEED TO CONTINUE MY WORK WITH THIS FILE.
