We are both doing great. She actually woke me up this morning.

FS- i was so excited to start the day that i had to wake him up.

Lol good thing too. I have work in a few hours. Other than that it's been i think a month already and i still have the pony ears, muzzle, wings, and tail feeling. It still hasn't gone away

Wow.  I doubt anything would get you to reset now, considering just how far you've come and what you've accomplished.

Not necessarily, it seems to have helped you.

I think all resetting might do at this point is get rid of the pony hypnosis and ability to switch states, but FS herself will probably stay with you from now on.

The GEDDAN is strong within my body.

I just did a session, I noticed my legs tensing up and moving on their own when they were supposed to change. Same for my back. However nothing happened to my "upside", beside hooflock.

However, when I wake up and see my hands, clothes and lack of fur, I'm immediatly reminded I'm not a pony and every feeling I get during trance instantly vanishes. Even the hooflock is easily broken.

Except this time my legs feel more rigid than normal. Oh, and my left buttcheek hurts a bit for some reason :V

 

So do I just keep listening to the file untill stuff happens, or am I missing something?

Yeah, that's a big obstacle. There I am, feeling hooflock, and then I look at my hand and I go: "Oh, my hand!". My hooflock immediately breaks. :/

Try this, pretend it's actually working. Try to imagine seeing it even if you can't and eventually it will only become second nature. Personally, I can "see" an outline (and by "see" I mean I can tell there is an outline but not actually see one) of my hooves around my hands most of the time (some refer to this as "ghost hooves").

Update on my twilight file, I managed to finish the file but during the horn part again i am having hard time catching my focus because i can't understand what the audio is saying

-Sadly I didn't get that much of a great result but there are sure some good ones
-I've felt the hooves but unlike before they weren't that strong but still i got the hooves
-Hind legs felt very vague I haven't felt that twisting but i think i felt that the tips of my feet were whole but it's vague
-sadly I didn't felt any shaking of legs >.< It's my favorite part.
-And probably most of the changes felt weaker than my first
-Voice didn't change
-No tail
-didn't felt hair (almost)

new changes I've felt during the session

-there was this moment where I vaguely felt this weird worm like on top of my butt and it kinda felt like it was spazzing out a bit but It was only for a short time. I don't know if it's the tail or just some twitchiness because it happened after the tail part

-There was this time during the mane part where I thought my hair was the mane XD, It went around my neck. But soon and yes my hair is long Like as long as the hair on my avatar (ponysona)

-The ear, I don't know if it's the ear or not but but I very vaguely felt something on top of my head where the pony suppose to be But it was very very weak, like a feeling of a mono line, i think? I don't know if it was the ear though but it really felt very linear Also I can feel my real ear twitched for a second, kinda shook me there XD

-Also at the part of the body morph of the ear when the audio said that I will not able to hear anything my ears reacted like, the muscle inside heightened . Inside my head I was like ''Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh, my ears reacted i didn't expected that ''

-I've felt the muscle of my entire body moving on it's own, like My neck stretching inward, my back and butt stretching outward, my legs stretching opening side ward  and my mouth keep opening XD, I still don't know why though? Also my right butt cheeks hurt... 

-Finally The horn, Oh my god The horn It was the part where i was happy for a moment. I was like inside my mind, *Oh my gawd Is this my horn? I think this is a horn! OH wow a horn!'' I don't know if it's a spot or a solid but I feel something on my forehead, like the feeling of an object plus My forehead felt heavy, I can still feel the spot and it feels very solid.... wait now it's... wait it came back XD

-I don't think there was some mental change, I still feel nervous and anxious about my Home works, also i'm still pretty unorganized i think, And i still don't like reading books XD.

-Also, I strongly remember imagining myself as twilight in the library with waking up on a pile of books, and swishing them in the air. I
remember that was the audio is saying, but i don't know why that part stayed in my mind.   

-I might try again this later tonight :3 I'm very curious on what will happen when i put the file on repeat while I sleep. I mean the brain is still working while sleeping I assure there's something bound to happen

I don't think I can feel energy flowing through it, Basing on your experience you felt energy flowing from your chest to your horn, I dunno feeling is quite vague shifting to strong solid but I think i felt a little energy, because there was this instance where I felt little wavy feeling on my forehead but it's only a weak presence and very short.

 

I'm using 3.0. Is the 2.0 any good?
