Things are good! Still haven't had the chance to do the Dash file lately, but clearly the effects are still hanging around. *twitches pony ears*

Think Im going to do a spa file tonight as a treat for my test today, going to try and visualize Fluttershy there with me to try to kill 2 birds with one stone, than might do one of the generic files I was sent and do a little force session tonight.

Ok so i feel a little weird. I just woke up after crashing out and i have the feeling of ghost hooves but it is all over my body. It's like i can feel the pony body but i'm aware the my body is human. I feel hooves but i still see hands and feet

Well, since this is my first time posting here. Hello... And i dont have anything more to say so ill post of how my sessions (i used the loop file so i could go to sleep with it but i didnt really find a time i could do that... I still felt like it had some sort of strong effect when i was awake atleast without looping even once. So i dont know if i should have it on over the night, might wake up without knowing whats up and down)

 

Day 1: Decided to go with the twilight V2 background music loop file to see if i could relax better with something that loops. Later i got scared as to why i could feel my hooves and horn before the person even got to that part (also it felt super strange since they got there without any transforming as it did later). End of Session.

 

Day 2: Decided to try creating a tulpa (yea... Dont remember why exactly) I did a session and i got further into the loop file before my right hoof started hurting (it wasnt hurting where my hand was... It was like floating where my hoof was and it did that for like 1 hour). The tulpa got named Twil.

 

Day 3: Did a full loop before i went away from the computer before my mom came home. (didnt look at the time and i did get some after effects, like feeling my horn and pony hooves abit.)

 

Day 4: Didnt have time... Although i did try to talk with Twil which ended up in me making a fireplace in her house in the wonderland (apparently it is very cold in my wonderland during winter).

 

Day 5: Didnt feel like doing it but still wanted to. But good thing is i talked to Twil which apparently didnt even need my instructions on answering anymore (she cant speak for some reason. Oh and she didnt move like i wanted by day 3 forgot to tell you that.)

 

Day 6 (today): I was half asleep in my bed trying to fall asleep again and then i heard somebody yell my name (still dont know if it was all in my head.). I tried waking up to see if something was there but there was nothing there and i didnt hear foot steps so i decided to ask Twil if it was her. She did shake her head as if saying no whilst reading the books i placed there (random books from my memory) A second later after talking to her abit i found myself in a horrible place (i dont want to describe it... it was truly nothing fun or happy to imagine) and a weird guy (i dont know how to describe him) or weird monster guy came up to me (more like teleported or existed there) and started talking, after that i found myself in my wonderland again with him infront of me and he said that Twil tried to force possess me. (is that even possible?) I dont think ill be able to make a session today too which i wanted to. And i dont know what to believe in anymore.

 

So this is what happend to me. Excuse me for grammar or punctuation errors im still not good at em. And the voice that screamed my name sounded like my sister as if she was scared or stressed but i dont think it was her even if it was in my memory. (I could describe him or the world in a pm if you want to... i would be safer with that since i could have given someone visions of that without wanting to know it. (and from that have a nightmare from that place)

I'm sorry if i insulted you or anything with this post. (Happend before without me realizing at another place so i just wanna be sure that i dont insult any of you or make you hate me for no reason..

 

P.S. Twil says hi in her own way (by waving her hoof while reading a book. And she really does read alot of books, guess i kind of made a sucess with her acting like twilight in that way and yes i made her based on twilight but not 100% ofcourse.)

I'm a new pone and stuff happened to me

And don't worry about random dark apparition in the wonderland. It happened to me once too, but it could be just some negative feeling breaking into it. Maybe you were subconciously afraid that Twil would try to take over, or were just stressed in general. The wonderland is weird as in it's kind of linked to your mind, so you might find some weird stuff in there if you're under emotional stress

I'm just confused beyond belief about this stuff as of now... i might go research some more later. and lastly i dont think any human have any emotion that is associated with the background and floor of the room i was in when i met the creature... Hey there! It's nice to have a new pony on board! But, um...

 

 

I'm suspicious of anyone claiming to make a tulpa in one day. The soonest I ever heard of anyone doing it in is six days, and even that was due to almost nonstop narration and forcing. Normally it takes a lot longer. Sorry, I'm just not buying one session in one day.

 

^ I'm afraid I have to agree with this guy. One-day tulpae just don't happen. Accidental tulpae resulting from the hypnosis are one thing, but I have yet to hear of anyone purposely creating a tulpa with one hypnosis session.

 

And that's actually one little peeve I have about this... The hypnosis sessions are NOT meant to give you a tulpa! It's not what that's meant to do... It's supposed to trick you into thinking you're a pony, nothing more.

 

By the way, my tulpa Ariel was one deliberately created before I ever got back into this hypnosis thing. She took about a week to become vocal (I narrated quite a bit, but even then I think I might be an unusual case), but she was also mostly mimicking my words for some time. Tulpae take time to learn how to speak and form their own thoughts, much like children have to learn.

Be careful... Dark/ random Entities can be formed into your mind/wonderland as well and will try to rogue you. Don't EVER EVER TRUST THEM! They are like strangers offering you good things but in return will backfire to you. Don't be just so open on unknown entities unless you believed you made them or else they will make you feel Fear and possibly control over you. In my assumption that ''weird random guy'' you saw might be the dark entity formed by negative emotions/fear. Don't doubt your tulpa if you really created her because '' TULPA DON"T HAVE ANY MASTER PLAN ON THEIR HOST"

 

This what happened to koomer.. he was so OPEN to entities that he got trapped inside his own mind.

These intrusive thoughts can manifest as anything you or your tulpa didn't cause, from a shadowy figure appearing to a random change in your tulpa that they didn't actually want. But more often than not, intrusive thoughts tend to be harmful, so it is best to either avoid them like the dickens or try to rid yourself of them.

These intrusive thoughts can manifest as anything you or your tulpa didn't cause, from a shadowy figure appearing to a random change in your tulpa that they didn't actually want. Then that emotion would have been fear or hate, but i dont really fear or hate Twil... But i could have been me being angry on the random scream that woke me up. or just my built up hate. Really wonder where that place was though. (Can they be any colour or is it a select few?)

And shes not vocal yet. But where could that scream have manifested...

And yes... That could very well have been an intrusive thought talking to them. I can't say for sure since I'm not them, but it does sound like an intrusive thought to me.
