Oh...one thing. I am assuming these are like...steampunk ships...where they have a balloon and stuff to keep it in the air...like all the other sky ships in MLP...

I mean...our ships would be really really big compared to that...but I am assuming that the ships are something like that one.

Back to my Treasure Planet analogy, I thought they would be more like the ship at the bottom. Just a thought, really.

What's stopping us from having our own style of ships? If some ships (like the bottom one) fly magically, and the top ones fly with technology then shouldn't that be allowed? Maybe someone could have it as their ships ability or something. "It's a boat that can fly with magic."

Sure I'll join in with Storm Fire again I did enjoy the other pirate one until it well kinda sunk to the depths of the sea. Hah see what I did there? Anyway same weapons as before his twin Kodachi swords but I'll add two new parts he'll also carry small kunai and shuriken that are usually dipped in poison since he's gonna have a thief style background for this. Oh and he'll have the same clothing get up as Cloud did from Final Fantasy: Advent Children I really have been wanting to strap him with that for this lol.

I actually intended to say something to that effect. Yes, you can decide how your ship works and what it looks like. I'm imagining mine as looking like the Claudia from Skies of Arcadia

Also, there's a slight name change - his original name is Harmonic Tranquility, but he has adopted the name of "Equilibrium." 

 

I'll put it in my signature, just like the rest. I'm just letting you know here so it can be changed if need be, and there's no confusion otherwise.

If you people would be so kind as to take initiative in dividing yourselves between the three ships, we can at least vote on captains and choose specialties. Of course eventually I'll just have to assign you at random if you don't, because I have nothing else to do anyway.

Ship number three is only empty because almost everyone is still unattached to any ship. Not that there's any difference between them anyway. But yes, you can join.
