You know what? It doesn't matter. You two choose. I don't really care either way. It's up to you, as you two are the ones concerned. But if that's the case, Encore would know Little Hop, at least in passing. They had some interaction in the SSR.

Okay, let's see if I can come up with what's where. 

 

I'm going to reverse the order from what I proclaimed in the RP. It wouldn't make sense to sleep right next to the engine. Noisy.

 

1 is the Caboose. Strictly off limits. 

Carriages 2 and 3 are strictly sleeper cars. Suites A-D are on the ground level, suites E-H are on the first floor up the stairs. You can cross from carriage to carriage from either floor.

 

Carriage 4 is half and half. On the bottom floor, there's more suites. On the top, it's all open, and it's a lounge area, for kicking back and not doing much. There's a small coffee joint, and several tables. Some of them come with checkerboards built in, and complimentary chess pieces.

 

On Carriage 5, upstairs is a casual diner, usually popular for breakfasts and easy lunches. Flapjacks, cereals, and bagels are served during the morning, among other things. Downstairs is another lounge area. 

 

Carriage 6, at first, seems to just be an uninteresting hallway with a single door on both floors, but if you open that door, it's actually a full on, 2 story cinema.

 

Carriage 7 is a high-quality 5-star two-story restaurant, with authentic cuisines from all around the world and a strict dress code.

 

Carriage 8... Downstairs would be the rollerrink you've heard so much about, along with a place to rent your skates, while upstairs is a spa.

 

Carriages 9 and 10 would be the fairly extensive bar and casino, with the casino largely positioned upstairs and the bar down, although of course with some overflow.

 

Carriage 11 would be loud, being right next to the train, but is heavily soundproofed. It has a large meeting area, as like a boardroom upstairs, while downstairs is a number of small offices for you to send letters on and off the train, or hold meetings, or work quietly. The downstairs is divided into offices ABC and D, as the suites are.

 

Number 12 is the train engine itself, and is strictly off-limits.

 

Each carriage has a hallway allowing you to bypass the contents of it, if desired. And each carriage is labelled.

 

Should I copy this into the OP so people can remember what's where? Or should I just not bother with this organization?

Well, I thought it was fairly straightforward. Rooms A, B, C, and D are on the ground floor. Rooms E, F, G, and H are on the upper floor. Carriages 2 and 3 are the carriages with all of these rooms, and carriage 4 has the suites ABCD, while there's something else on the upper floor there.
