I'm planning on having a war game... a simulation of an attack on Canterlot. I'm going to try to simulate an assassination of Celestia to test the royal guards' capability to repel attacks. So, are you in?"

He stopped pacing and walked up towards Hank. "Hear me out fer a second...assuming that it was Celestia who hanged me comrades, I dinnae ken..perhaps she regrets it. Perhaps the lass has...moved on? And twa, executing a few of me acquaintances won't get me fired up enough to commit the act. If she hanged me pards, then..well, it'd be a different story. I will have troops on station just in case an attack happens, but I hope it doesn't come to that. I have tried my best to think of every contingency, but if there's anything you think I might have missed feel free to bring it up."
