ok fillies and colts, heres another sketch from yours truly, this time its a very depressed and saddened Rarity. it seems like she dosent get much spot light so here she is for all to enjoy! sorry im a bit loop at the moment from being up all night so this opening is sure to be a bit left of center. anywho! WOOHOO RARITY! *passes out from exhaustion* as always this was done from reference

 i know it looks the same but i had to finalize the shading and clean up a few smuged lines and what not

Anyway, this drawing looks fabulous. I don't have any points of criticism on this at all honestly. Nice work!

actually i have only been drawing for about a month or so. lets just say as long as im around ,eraser companies need not fear for going out of business . but dont for get i drew this from a reference so i already had a picture in front of me that i was working off of. i bet you 10 brohoof's (i use hoofs cuz i can actually give you those) that you could do this too!

Seriously, this is actually one of the most awesome drawings I've seen so far - Exceedingly accurate, the shading is excellent, so is the line...Damn, you've done a good job, perhaps even better than I can do ;_;

I know you did it with a reference as you mentioned it in the OP, but still, I can have all the reference material in the world and use carbon paper (which is cheating) and still mess it up, believe me xD

Are you great artists like some form of magician or something? Do you have like a magic wand you just wave around and make a really awesome picture randomly? Because I don't get how you can do such a wondeful piece of art.

I'm pretty much done with her, all my work is done as head shots with the occasional "scene type" drawings for friends and stuffs like that. On her being a bit chubby I agree but but she needed to appear that way to show the amount of emotion that she was expressing. Thank you all for your critquices and praise , they are very much appreciated and welcomed!!!!

Awesome drawing. You nailed the soft shading around her facial features. I'm guessing you took a lunch break between the 1.5 and 2 hour mark?
