It's from the musical Wicked. Which is totally amazing, by the way, and I would love to get the chance to see it performed live someday.

The last musical I saw live was West Side Story, and that was over 10 years ago.  At first I thought it would be all about RD but you managed to spread the spotlight among several ponies. 

 

I dunno if I'll go to a live performance of Wicked in the future.  But your Wicked PMV series is making me want to rent a video at least.  Using pony choreography from MLP:FiM songs to liven up the dialogue free part was a great idea, BTW.
