THE FOUNTAIN!

 

Before you say "darklord, wherever did you think of such and original idea!!!?" Well I didn't. This is a reboot of The second Roleplay I ever participated in! So I wanna bring it back.

 

A group of humans set out to find a fountain that is rumored to have the ability to give anyone on earth a second chance at life... Little do they know that the second chance means traveling to another world. The group takes the plunge into the fountain and wake up as a pony in Equestria. the group must now learn how to live as a pony and leave their old life behind.

 

 

 

RULES

 

1.No godmodding. This means no controlling other characters reactions. no controlling what they say (Unless they give you permission.)

 

2. Good grammar Bro's. I need good grammar. Not "PERFECT TEN OUTTA TEN WOULD BANG!" but "yeah I get it."

 

3. Shipping is allowed, But don't over do it. I don't want every single one of your posts to be about how much you love another character. Do that After you get a house.

 

4. No rule 34. Must be pg 12A, or 13. Whatever.

 

5. No Alicorns. No Mary Sue's

 

6. DM decides everything. If I say a storm appears, then one appears. Buck you.

 

7. Post (at minimum) once a day and give a reason if you did not or cannot.

 

 

 

I will need everyone to give a small background story about your character, Like what they did before they became a pony.

 

You will start off without a Cutie Mark, You can choose when you get it.

 

Your first post will be about waking up next to a marble fountain in Equestria.

 

Pegasai and Unicorns will have basic understanding of how to fly/use magic. Meaning you can levitate objects as a unicorn, or flutter around as a pegasus, but no Dashing and racing around or casting spells. But not instantly. Wait ehhh, half a day.

 

If you want, you can start off being a pony who already lives in Equestria

 

I will be roleplaying as Celestia when needed.

Can I play as Goldseek, with some edited backstory? Wait for it. Wait for it....

 

Goldseek was always given odd looks for his name. People often mentioned silly shows when they heard it, saying something like 'Is that supposed to be the name of some kind of hero?'. Goldseek normally ignored it, but it was hard to. He hated it. Almost as much as he hated his job, which was being a waiter in a pub. He didn't even like crouded areas, but it was the only place that would accept him at the moment. And it was somewhat decent pay. Enough to get essential items etc. 

 

Is that enough human backstory? If not, I can work on it.

Star was born in the middle of nowhere. She grew up with no friends and abusive parents.
When she was sixteen she moved out to a small town which was also out in the middle of nowhere. She got a job at a gas station and has worked there for five years. She lived in a tiny two room apartment by herself. When she heard of the fountain and the expedition she agreed to go in an instant. She was happy to leave this world and everything she ever knew because...well, she hated her life...obviously.

He lived alone, and often dreamt of having a family.

That's fine except for a few things. First, he can still have a job but we're all in collage. Second, their human name does not have to be the same as their pony name. And last: this is set in a world where MLP never existed. didnt make dat clear.

Actually, I'm fairly sure that was my first RP ever. On the site. Yeah.

 

Human bio time. 

 

 

Monica Green was never quite satisfied with her life. She was a wallflower if ever there was one. She never interacted with other people or said more than she could help. In fact, her voice was practically a whisper. She loved being alive, but she never felt quite satisfied with where she was. She always dreamed about having another life, in another world, usually one filled with magic and wonder, and a substantial amount more happiness. In fact, it was a rare occurance for her to even get out of the library or her dorm room, let alone out of one of her favourite fantasy novels.  It was luck she heard about this mythical fountain at all, but once she did, she knew she finally had the chance to, quite possibly, bring her dreams into reality.

 

 

Your first post will be about waking up next to a marble fountain in Equestria.

 

No jumping in the fountain and almost drowning in the journey through it? Aww. I'd love to do that part. Well, do we at least get to wake up still wearing people clothes? And I'd reckon that we'd need a few ponies in the established poniverse to guide us.
