Thanks. And...advance RPs have an 800 character limit? What is the difference between an advanced and normal RP? The only advance RP I know of that's popular is the Equestria Divided RP but I don't even know what that's about.

I think advanced RPs require for you to go into detail about what your character does in the roleplay, painting an image with words, like how I tried to do it in what I posted. Advanced RPs are for dedicated, expert roleplayers, it seems.

Now, I haven't been RP for long. About 2 weeks. But I have discovered that writing compelling stories-especially with others in such an organic way-is damn near the most fun I have had in a long time, only rivaled by recent games like Sonic Generations or the inFAMOUS Collection. Hell that new life in ponyville RP let me write one hell of a story. So the idea that there are RPs that let you go all in with experts writers and storytellers is probably the greatest news I have ever received. Not a lot can compete with that. Plus I already write posts that cap at 1500+ characters, so I am set. This news made my day.

I agree! Writing stories like this is actually quite fun and it isn't hard at all to write. I suppose I could also join in on those sorts of RPs, but I still want to warm up with these sorts of RPs though. Also, don't take my word as fact, all I told you is mostly speculation.

The only one I know of is Equestria Divided. I might look into that, but reading the premise of it, it goes in the face of the shows canon to such an extent-beyond violence and romance, the mane 6 are at war with each other-that it might not be your cup of tea. The image of Pinkie Pie rivals that one Sonic creepypasta in terms of disturbing. Then again, I am a huge Sonic fan so...I am getting off topic.

I'm on Eastern time, roughly from 10 PM to 7 AM. Although I do have classes. And midterms. But I have an internet connection at the college, so whenever I'm feeling lazy, I pop on here. :3

I tried to make some sort of pun with mine, but couldn't think of one, so I just made it about her colour scheme.

I changed it so she calls it a sweater-thing to express her confusion as just about what it is. Also, the classiest of coats is the trench coat. And if not classy, then it's at least bad-ass. Fedoras are awesome though, and it does go well with your coat.

How do I interact with others? Well, I usually just approach them and introduce myself. Or if I am already in discussion with another, and someone else interjects, then I mention them and bring them up to speed on the discussion, and allow for them to provide input.

 

And I thought that writing that kind of story would be fun. Plus, if you read my Character Bio's other section, you can see that Max's last relationship didn't end well. So time to write a happy story for a change. Or as happy as I can make it when your trapped in a hotel searching for a murderous pony for a psychotic billionaire.

@ActFast231 Yes, I'm talking about how you're doing conversations. You say just enough to contribute a fair amount to it, while still talking about your character, while still making it sound like a conversation.

AND you're doing all of this extremely fast and flawlessly. I applaud you, but I also want to know how to do it myself.
