Stacy smiled at Eve when she looked up at her. "It's okay Eve." The carriage began to move and Stacy's smile widened. "Hey, we're finally moving!" Stacy exclaimed.  @, Stacy noticed Oceans books fell and went to help her pick them up. "This is a lot of books." Stacy glanced at a few of the covers as she picked up a few books.

Ocean looked up. "Thank you Stacy." She said, sticking some of the books in her bag. "Allot of them are about research and stuff...Information about Dams...you never know when you may need to look something up. Others about magic which I usually have on me." She said, looking at a book that Stacy had picked up...the title read "Ancient curses and cures" Ocean's eyes widened slightly but she quickly tried to look like she didn't care as she held out her hoof to take the books that Stacy had picked up, hoping she hadn't noticed the title. *Buck...I thought I left that in my room.* She thought.

Dox smiled and said, "Sure, I'll sit with you." But suddenly, the carriage started to move, and he was being left behind because he was still outside of it. "Hey!" He shouted as he ran to catch up, jumping in the door and sprawling out on the floor, panting a little. "Well... it looks like... I made it." He panted. He laid his head down and smiled.

Milly smiled hearing Dox say that but the carriage started moving "Dox!" Milly shouted as she watched him run to get on hoping he would "Yes" Milly whispered to herself when he jumped up "Wow, your fast!" Milly said helping Dox up "You alright?" Milly said making sure there is still room for Dox to sit down by her

 Twilight Sky was galloping towards the carriage as it was about to leave. "Wait!" he shouted. This was his chance to meet some of the other contest winners and he was already screwing up. He finally caught up to the carriage and hopped in to be meet with eyes of the passengers. "Umm...sorry for being late to the party." he finally managed to say.

Stacy began to hand hoof over the book to Ocean but she caught a glimpse of the title and drew it back to herself. "Ancient Curses and Cures?" Stacy read quietly to herself. *Now why in Equestria would somepony read this?* she thought before reluctantly giving the book back.

Ocean quickly took the book and stuck it into her bag then sat up on her seat pretending it had never happened.

She gulped and looked at Stacy. "Um...th-thank's Stacy." She said, giving Stacy a forced smile that actually looked rather convincing. *What if she saw ? What if she know's ? No...it's just a book...but what if...No. Sigh.* She thought.

Dox got up and dusted himself off a little bit. "Yeah, I'm good. And thanks, I never thought that I was that fast." He sits down with her, and blushes a little bit, his white half facing her and showing it a little bit better. He never noticed it, just stared ahead.

Eve turned towards Scamps, intending to gossip happily, and seemed surprised that the mare evidently did not share her ecstatic mood. She looked at her with a strange expression on her face. "Scamps. Is everything alright? You're kinda quiet..."

Eve turned towards Scamps, intending to gossip happily, and seemed surprised that the mare evidently did not share her ecstatic mood. She looked at her with a strange expression on her face. "Scamps. Is everything alright? You're kinda quiet..."

"Wha...? Oh, yeah, I'm fine," she said, zoning back into the real world. "Splinter and Cliff seem to be fighting over...something, I don't know. Must be some stallion thing. So I've been imbetween that for the past few minutes while you've been talking with Stacy. I was tired of the stallions, but didn't want to interuppt you two, that's all."

Although he had terrible luck, he had a slight gift in eavesdropping on conversations he wasn't supposed to be hearing. ''Not to sound like a gossiper or anything.. But what are you gals talking about? I'm bored out of my mind.'' Splinter asked while shrugging.

Dox's face turned even redder, and he stuttered. "U-uhm, sure, I-I guess you can..." He shifted a bit as he tried to get himself a bit more comfortable for her. He was getting more nervous and his heart began racing. 'What do I do now?!' He thought to himself. He was getting antsy.

Eve looked bemused for a moment, then smiled faintly, in a decent attempt at encouragement. "Oh, colts will be colts," she said sagely. "And there's no controlling them." She smiled a little more cheerfully, then grew a bit more serious. "So, Scamps... How much did you hear between me and Stace?" Her cheekbones had turned slightly pink at the question, and became infinitely more so when Splinter joined the conversation. "You know, nevermind... Let's not talk about me..."

"Nothing much. We literally just started talking. Eve has some...business to take care od, but, it' s a long story, and it's not my place to tell anyways." Scamps quickly realized how excluding she sounded to Splinter. "Sorry. That sounded relly...mean. It's just been that Eve's been going through a tough time and...yeah. She probably wouldn'r want anypony else to know. But yeah. Then we started talking about how you and Cliff seem to be fihting over something...or somepony,.for all we care." Scamps finished,.completely oblivious that her being there in the first place had started the quarrel.

"Bad luck?" Eve blinked. "If I still had my old shamrock... I'd let you take it. But I've not seen it in ages..." She half-glanced toward Stacy as she said it, and didn't seem to realize she had the movement at all. After a moment, she did ask, "What is up with you and Cliff, Splinter? I mean, if you don't want to say, that's fine too..."

"N-no, I'm good, honest!" He turned to look at her, and their noses touched each other. He blushed as he looked into her eyes. "Milly... you're sweet, and... and I..." He wanted to say it, he wanted to tell her badly, but he didn't want to ruin a friendship. "I... uh... um..." He slowly backed away.

"I... I think I..." He moved a bit farther away and looked down. "I think that I might... like you... really, like like you..." He didn't look at her, he didn't want to see her mad at him. "I'm sorry, I know, you probably hate me now..." He sighed and stood up. "I'll leave now... I won't bother you any more..."

Milly looks surprised at what Dox says "R-really?" Milly says as he got up "W-wait! I don't hate you!" Milly says but hes walking away. Milly gets up not thinking, grabs Dox and kisses him "I-i like you...really...like like you too..." Milly says looking down and blushing

Sky just sat in the corner watching these rambunctious ponies yell and whisper. They seemed to be having a blast. He just stared out the window watching things pass by. He didn't have much going on, but ...that is what seemed to bother Sky the most of all.

Stacy recoiled at Ocean's sudden, and strange reaction. "Uhh, no... problem."

With that Stacy made her way back over to Eve who was now joined by scamps. "Hey Scamps. What's up?" Stacy inquired as she took her own seat again. "I can't wait to see the hooferdam." (gosh i hope i spelled that right)
