Nothing, it's just that a comic involving dead parents (Atleas that's what it looks with the tombstones) seems like it'd involve AJ's parents, since we know they're dead for a fact. We have no idea what are of RD's, and also Fluttershy's. I assume they live elsewhere, like Rarity, Pinkie, and Twi's parents.

I gotta admit I chuckled a bit on RD's snide remark

We have no idea what are of RD's, and also Fluttershy's. I assume they live elsewhere, like Rarity, Pinkie, and Twi's parents.
I hope so... With all the primary pegasus characters never seen with their parents, kinda hard not to assume that they're already orphaned :x

I hope they aren't orphans as well D:. Not because it'd be saddening, but because it actually be less saddening for me. I mean, I want AJ to be the only one with a tragic backstory. Makes her more interesting (As if she didn't interest me enough ;)), plus, it makes me wanna hug her more.
