I think I got at least 5 the other day. I wanna say a max of maybe 10, but Im sure I managed at least 5.

I start to feel guilty after not posting in the overworld for awhile, so I kinda force myself to dig for other topics I can post in. Makes me feel like I'm contributing.

It's funny to think that I only posted around the rest of the forum at one point.

It would have been completely worth it had A) ponies came on in the morning and B ) had my mom not pulled a dick move and went cleaning nazi on me at about 10:24am. I was planning to sleep after the ponies, but nope. :/

 

I don't usually feel guilty about sitting in here all day, but sometimes I remember what happened back at my old home and try to keep that from happening. Its less likely for me to completely ignore the outer forums here since its not all about one thing. But one Gearhead can only talk about Gears for so long...

 

So did I. I only lurked in here on occasion, not even posting.

Now I lurk everywhere else with minor posting. ._.

Not a thread, but a group like yours. The only thread to be around long enough for anyone to post in and only that one was one for a sort-of-but-not-really-clan. Either way, once the group was made between the 5 random forumers that always seem to gravitate towards each other in troll threads I started sitting in there more and more. It was a little more insane doing that since there was no notification system for when someone posted in it either. So I was stuck with refreshing every so often.

 

Mines died down just a tad since we moved forums due to a few being banned. Actually somewhat decently. Two people don't even come by anymore and one guy usually has work or something keeping him from posting much. Hopefully it won't get too much worse...

 

Is there no way to revive it back to how it was before? That has to be one hell of a bad feel...

 

Eeyup, I'd come in here every so often and read up on what Libby and Star were talking about. Made some interesting reads back then. It'd always give me a good few minutes of something to do.

 

I also used to hang out in the Banned Game thread a lot. Once things slowed down I'd hang out in there with Ganny and Nightfall. Ganny was usually there at most times and Nightfall, if I remember correctly, popped in quite often. Jade was also in there quite a lot. Being Grand Banmaster and all.

At one point there would be like 20 pages per day in our group, now it gets barely 5 posts every few days. It was bad at first, then recently you couldn't access the group for a month almost because of a forum software error (the admins took forever to fix it), and that was kinda the deathblow I think. I doubt it'll ever get active again. Oh well, times change.

 

It's kind of a bad feel, but then at the same time I kinda realized that it was bound to happen eventually. It's kind of a shitty forum, when you look at it. There's a part of me denies it, but I can't help but see it. I never really noticed until just recently, either.

I never found YTP that funny. A few were, but meh. I never and still somewhat don't care for YouTube in general. Other than for music and tutorials. Gmods are absolutely hilarious at times, though, quite a few seem to be really badly done and suck at humour.

Yeah, it sucks but it's part of the internet life cycle, I guess. At least I have ways of contacting all of the people I met from there via other methods. And I don't see this forum going anywhere anytime soon, really. Even if the show gets canceled, I still can see people hanging out here.

Actually, I do know what it means.

 

Clock speed is how fast your processor can, well, process stuff. Higher clock speeds entail, well, higher speeds.

 

RAM, I like to think of it as a chalkboard, and the size of that chalkboard depends on how much crap you can doodle on that board. Certain programs need bigger chalkboards because there's a lot of computations involved.

 

Storage, self-explanatory.

RAM is bsaically memory the CPU uses to be able to utilize processes on the computer. they're called a fleeting memory, since it doesn't save any memory and when memory isn't going through the RAM stick, currently, the RAM loses the information it was working on, unlike harddrives, which are so called non-fleeting memories, whose option is to save memory for future usage even if it isn't being currently uses.
