PS4 stream is done. It's a shame we didn't see the console itself :c. Oh well, we'll have to wait until probably E3 for that.

I was lagging too hard at the time to be able to watch it. All I got to see was some fancy graphics. Not sure why in the world I would really want to waste money on a console just for that.

I think that's part of it, but the real problem is something deeper. I used to dig through this thread and read every page, now I don't.

 

I'd say it's as simple as boredom.

That's what I was saying. The thread is cool and all, and we should still use it, but it gets to a point where only conversing through this medium loses it's appeal, and all of us being in a live chatroom spices things up. Makes conversation more free-flowing.

You would have had the technology that matched (if not surpassed) what the PS4 can do (I wouldn't know, cuz i not b a gamer) earlier than it came out.

 

Not to mention that it can run emulators.

I heard predictions that it'd actually be around $400 to $450 or something like that, which is certainly better than the original $500 to $600 the PS3 was. It still hasn't been confirmed, though (I think. The stream was super laggy, so I may have missed it).

It's pretty much mah parents/legal guardians do so (Well, I'm not sure what you mean in that question TBH). The last system I bought was the PS3, and it happened because I wanted GTA IV for the PC, but mah grandma asked if it was on anything else. I said it was on the PS3 and Xbox 360, and since it was just after Christmas, she was like "Why not buy a PS3? We have the money", and I agreed.
